Robbery Fail Caught On Tape: 2 Thieves Fight W/Security Guard, Let Off Gunshots & Still Come Up Empty Handed In Attempted Weed Store Hold Up!!

A security guard in Santa Fe Springs, California is lucky to be alive today, after batting with two would be thieves.

This all went down at a AP Natural Solutions, A medical marijuana store.

Two men enter the store pretending to be customers, one pulls out a gun and makes some demands, while his partner manages to take the security guard's gun.

That's when the security guard made either a very brave, or very dumb decision when he starts scrapping with the robbers. The three go at it, until the gunmen try to get out of the room they're in, but the door is locked.

One of the robbers starts firing bullets at the door handle in an unsuccessful attempt to get it to unlock.

Finally, the security guard lets them out. Other than catching some shrapnel from the bullets that were fired, the guard didn't suffer any major injuries.

The thieves only escaped with the guard's gun and holster.

The security guard has a lot of heart, but the weed in that store isn't worth his life. Hopefully nothing like this happens to him again, but if it does he should not only give the thieves the weed and money, but also help them bag it up and live to see another day.

Man Arrested for Putting Semen in Co-Worker's Water Bottle (video)!!

SANTA ANA -- An Orange County man was arrested Tuesday morning, accused of ejaculating into his female co-worker's water bottle on two separate occasions.

Michael Kevin Lallana, 31, of Fullerton, is charged with two misdemeanor counts each of releasing an offensive material in a public place and assault, with sentencing allegations for committing a crime for sexual gratification.

If convicted, he faces three months to three years in jail with mandatory sex offender registration.

Lallana was released on $500 bail and is set to be arraigned September 14, 2010 in Santa Ana.

The incident happened on January 14, 2010, at the Northwestern Mutual Mortgage Company in Newport Beach, according to the Orange County District Attorney's office.

Investigators say Lallana entered the victim's office and deposited his semen into a water bottle that was on his co-worker's desk.

Dude Claims That Punching and Kicking And Choking His Wife Was Just Part Of His Dance!!!

A Turkish man living in New Zealand said allegations he beat his wife were the result of police misunderstanding a traditional dance. Allaetin Can said outside the court building Thursday in the North Island town of Hawera he, his wife and his two teenage children had been dancing the kolbasti, a Turkish dance originating in the 1930s, in the parking lot outside of their kebab shop to celebrate a profitable day, Britain’s The Daily Telegraph reported Friday. Can said the reported hitting, kicking and strangling a witness reported him perpetrating on his wife, Elmas, were simulated moves that comprise part of the dance. “We are always dancing,” said Can, who pleaded not guilty to an assault charge. The judge ordered police to view a DVD of the kolbasti being performed and then decide whether to push forward with the charge.

This has gotta be the guy right? I mean when I first saw this video I had to pause for a minute to figure out if it was assault or just showmanship. I mean you see some of the things that goes on on the dancefloor? Jamaicans dagger that issh out of broads at their parties and theres that other one where the chick smashes your face right into her buttcheeks. Those moves are all borderline assault too. So I,for one, was all set to give Allaetin Can the benefit of the doubt.

Looks like a bunch of dudes doing cotton eye joe. Like the Indian equivalent of a Neptunes Douche Circle. Sleepover Dad Gets 11-Year-Old Pregnant -- And Expects Court to Believe He Thought It Was His Wife!!!

The girl was a friend of Michael Lacy's daughter. She was in the house for a sleepover.

West Virginia TV station WSAZ says 36-year-old Lacy -- whose dental hygiene leaves something to be desired by the looks of him -- told police he'd taken Lortab and Xanax the night of the sleepover.

Then he tells the cops he woke up to someone kissing his neck, and figuring it was his wife, he kissed back. Of course he doesn't remember anything else here -- he took all those painkillers.

The girl -- who was a virgin at the time -- is now nine weeks pregnant, and Lacy is facing sexual assault charges.

The horror of the story leads to a host of questions, from where was the mother at this time? Who takes serious narcotics when they're supposed to be in charge of a group of pre-teens? And how did an 11-year-old become pregnant?

Four years ago Britain announced its first official "youngest mother" was a girl who was the same age -- 11.

The world's youngest ever seems to be a 5-year-old Peruvian girl.

Now with puberty striking kids as young as 4 -- and more and more of them -- these sad stories are becoming more common according to researchers.

Girls are being compelled to act the age they look rather than the age they are, and they're often coerced into sexually mature relationships that don't meet their emotional age. Whether it's by a boy their own age closer to their age or an adult, they're being victimized.

Add to it the fact that the presence of a menstrual cycle enables the body to become pregnant, and it's compounding the tragedy of sexual assault with the stigma of being pregnant at such a young age.

GRIMEY!! A Woman Robbed By Her Blind Date!!

At about 2:11 p.m. Saturday, Jason Anthony Brown, 28, approached the 30-year-old woman’s vehicle in the restaurant lot. He got into the vehicle, brandished a gun and demanded money, reports the Northwest Florida Daily News in Fort Walton Beach.

The woman said she gave Brown about $90, then he fled on foot. Officers found Brown exiting a condominium near the restaurant, reports the Daily News.

Brown admitted he had “obtained” $50 from the woman and had since spent it on food from the Olive Garden, according to the Daily News.

He was charged with armed robbery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Two fire engines, three ambulances and some police cars were called to the scene after the woman, during the course of this public romp, fell through the roof. The two were reportedly fine and clothed shortly after the incident, but that didn’t wipe the naked memories for on-lookers minds. One worker said:

“I don’t know how they accessed that part of the building, but they were rolling about the roof naked. They had mud all over them. Then I saw the lassie falling through the roof. It’s full of asbestos.”

Messed Up: Black Teen Charged W/Hate Crime After Beating White Man Listening To Rap, Telling Him "White People Shouldn't Listen To Rap Music"!!

A 14-year-old faces a hate-crime enhancement charge after Palm Bay police said he carried out a racially motivated attack on a 22-year-old man for listening to rap music.

The teen was taken into custody late Monday and charged with battery after Palm Bay police were called to investigate a disturbance near the intersection of Port Malabar Boulevard and India Lane in the northeast section of the city.

Hate-crime enhancement means the first-degree misdemeanor battery charge could be elevated to a third-degree felony because the youth showed "extreme prejudice against the victim because of his race," said Yvonne Martinez, spokeswoman for the Palm Bay Police Department.

"The victim, who is white, was walking along Port Malabar listening to rap music when he saw the suspect and a group of other youth," Martinez said.

The 14-year-old, who police say may have known the man, told the man to stop listening to the rap music, "because he was white," and that, "white people shouldn't listen to rap music," Martinez said.

"(The victim) then told them that he could listen to any kind of music he liked," Martinez said.

The teen struck the victim in the face as the other youth encouraged the attack, police said. The beaten man escaped and contacted police. He later identified the teen, Martinez said. The teen was then booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.

The state attorney's office will review the charges.

Nigerians are able to have White Blue eyed Babies Now???

LONDON (July 20) -- Britain's tabloid press has gone gaga over a baby girl with white skin, blue eyes and a mop of blond curls who was born to black parents.

The best-selling Daily Mail and The Sun newspapers have labeled the child's Caucasian complexion a mystery, saying genetics experts are "flummoxed" by the case. But is the birth of a white baby to a dark-skinned couple really as baffling as the papers claim?

Ben and Angela Ihegboro were certainly confused when nurses at Queen Mary Hospital in Sidcup, 10 miles southeast of London, last week presented them with their daughter Nmachi -- whose name means "beauty of God" in the Nigerian couple's homeland.

Father Ben told The Sun that when he first saw the porcelain-skinned infant he jokingly cried out, "What the flip? Is she mine?" But he never doubted whether he was Nmachi's real dad. "Of course she is mine. My wife is true to me," he said. "Even if she hadn't been, the baby wouldn't have looked like that!"

Albinism would have been the most obvious explanation for Nmachi's pale looks. But, according to a hospital spokesperson, the obstetrician who delivered Nmachi told the family that doctors suspected the newborn wasn't an albino because she didn't have the pink eyes and white hair traditionally associated with the condition.

That initial hunch has led many to ponder why Nmachi was born white. Some experts have suggested that Ben and Angela might both be carrying light-skin gene variants, passed down from long-dead white ancestors. When Nmachi was conceived, she would have inherited both sets of pale-skin genes, giving her a white complexion.

"We are all of us genetic mixtures to some extent, and occasionally you'll have a convergence of the pale versions of these genes in African-Americans and African-Caribbeans who have a mixed black and white ancestry," Bryan Sykes, professor of human genetics at the University of Oxford, told the BBC.

However, both Ben and Angela, who moved to the U.K. five years ago, deny having white ancestors.

"My mum is a black Nigerian, although she has a bit fairer skin than mine," said Ben, who has two other black children with Angela: son Chisom, 4, and daughter Dumebi, 2. "But we don't know of any white ancestry."

And while this sort of interracial mixing may have been common in long-established multiethnic communities like those found in the Caribbean, it's unlikely to have occurred in a historically black country like Nigeria.

The Ihegboros, though, don't really care why their new daughter looks so different from their other children. "She's beautiful and I love her," mother Angela said. "Her color doesn't matter. She's a miracle baby."

George Cascone, a used car shop owner in Kansas City, was recently a target of an alleged murder-for-hire attempt by his ex-wife. She wanted him wacked so she could collect a life insurance policy. How cliche. According to KSHB in Kansas City, the hitman she hired to kill her ex ratted her out to the FBI. The local NBC news affiliate caught up with Cascone outside his shop where he launches into a crazy, hilarious, and all around awesome rant about his ex-wfe, calling her "psychotic, crazy, diabolical and evil,” and stating, "Tiger Woods ain’t got nothing on me. She’s smashed up several of my cars.” Other highlights include this gem:

"The part that insulted me the most is the fact that she was going to pay the hit man so little money,” he said. “She should've taken someone from out of town like Chicago or New York. And she should've paid at least $10,000. Two grand is not enough to get that work done. In a sense, you get what you pay for.”

Man flies to London hidden beneath airplane!!!

A 20-year-old Romanian man is lucky to be alive after he was discovered hidden inside the rear wheel compartment of a jet arriving this week in London. The stowaway, who was apparently looking for work, braved low oxygen and outside air temperatures during the flight as low as 40 below zero. Upon his discovery at London's Heathrow Airport, he was covered in bruises and showing signs of hypothermia, but thankfully still alive.

How exactly did a man manage to sneak inside a plane? And how did he make it through the experience? It turns out through a remarkable mix of luck, daring and stupidity. The man apparently climbed under a fence at Vienna's Schwechat airport, hiding himself beneath a private jet that had been parked there since last week. He also lucked out with the flight plan - the plane had to fly at a lower-than-normal altitude to avoid bad weather, allowing the man to survive what would normally be a fatal combination of cold and lack of air.

UK authorities were surprised by the man's unexpected arrival, though they declined to press charges. As Romania is part of the European Union, the "passenger" was technically allowed to visit on holiday. He was cautioned and freed with no further action. Frankly, this traveler is lucky to have survived the ordeal, let alone gotten off without legal action.

Next time you're ready to complain about that horrible experience on your last flight, you might want to think again. Somebody out there has definitely had it much worse.

Woman jailed for sending text threats to herself!!!

An Orange County woman was sentenced to a year in jail for sending hundreds of threatening text messages — to herself. Prosecutors said Jeanne Mundango Manunga told police her former boyfriend and his sister-in-law were behind the threats. Manunga was sentenced Friday in Santa Ana Superior Court. She was convicted in May of three felony counts of false imprisonment by fraud or deceit and two misdemeanor counts of making a false police report.Prosecutors said Manunga started sending the threatening messages after she and her former boyfriend stopped dating in 2008. Manunga also was placed on three years probation and ordered to pay about $50,000 in restitution.

SAD: Mother claims Bong baby photo a joke? Child Protective Service is not laughing!!!!

A picture of an 11-month-old Keystone Heights baby appearing to smoke a bong has caught the attention of the Florida Department of Children & Families.

"We are alarmed that any parent would take pictures of their child next to what is obviously drug paraphernalia," said DCF spokesman John Harrell, reports Channel 4 in Jacksonville.

The mother 19, talked to Channel 4 in Jacksonville via Facebook. She said the pictures were a joke.

The message read, "If u look at the picture u can see that there is no bowl in the TABACCO (sic) pipe. And i took a pic to show one (expletive) person and it was a mistake. I would never ever ever let him get high," reports Channel 4.

DCF investigators said they have already been to the home twice.

Caught On Tape: New York Cop Beating The Crap Out Of Iraq War Veteran!!

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Prosecutors have released potentially explosive evidence against an NYPD officer on trial for beating a man with his baton.

That alleged victim is an Iraqi war veteran.

Prosecutors are relying on the piece of video, because the alleged victim cannot be found.

Nobody is disputing the beating itself, or whether it's police brutality and whether the officer tried to cover it up.
The video is high quality and crystal clear, but whether Housing Officer David London went too far is still blurry and still up to a jury.

The video taken from security cameras shows the 45-year-old housing cop beating an Iraq war veteran with is baton.

It happened at an Upper West Side public housing development.

The alleged victim, 28-year-old Walter Harvin had just returned from Iraq and was at his mom's apartment complex.

In the video Harvin is seen shoving Officer London, and London then reacts by swinging and bashing Harvin with his baton. Even beating the ex-soldier after he's cuffed.

Prosecutors say London tried to cover-up the July 2007 assault, but defense attorneys say the officer did what he had to do.

He's charged with 2nd degree assault and filing false records.

Right now the Manhattan criminal jury is tackling the question on whether London committed an act of police brutality or used necessary force to subdue a suspect.

The Iraq veteran suffers from PTSD and his location is not known.

If the officer is convicted, he faces 7 years in prison.

G.I Jane: 41-year-old grandmother joins the Army!!

While most grandmothers are looking forward to spending time with their grandkids, Tampa Bay's 10Connects.com met one grandmother who is spending her time getting ready for boot camp.

The Army has raised the enlistment age to 42 in 2006 for Active Duty, Reserves, and Army National Guard, providing older motivated individuals an opportunity to serve.

Kim Medeiros is a 41-year-old court clerk from Brandon who loves her job.

"Wonderful job, I enjoy it and have a lot of fun doing it. But I'm looking for new challenges and new career opportunities in my life," Medeiros told 10Connects.com.

Medeiros says she wanted to join the Army when she was 18, but as a single mother, she didn't have a chance to start her career in the military, reports Tampa Bay's 10Connects.com

"We are the best country in the whole wide world. We have freedoms that nobody else can have and we as soldiers regardless of what armed forces agency you come from is to protect those freedoms," Medeiros told 10Connects.com.

Medeiros starts her stint in the army in September.

Former Postal Service Worker Went Bizerk, On A Shooting Rampage!!

Robin Quintin Parks, who was laid off from the U.S. Postal Service last December, went on a bizarre alcohol-induced shooting rampage from his car early Sunday morning.

Luckily, nobody was killed.

Parks fired randomly at three vehicles on U.S. Highway 92.

One of Park's bullets hit the buttocks of a recent Auburndale High School grad, Zachery Tucker, who was riding as a passenger with his family. The family was returning home after having been out at a restaurant celebrating their son's graduation when the shooting began.

Another victim, a woman at the wheel of the second car, was shot in the her left cheek. The bullet emerged through her right cheek. She was rushed to Lakeland Regional, where she underwent surgery for serious injuries.

Parks shot a round into the right front door of a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu being driven by Robert Handy, 20, of Winter Haven. Handy rolled down the passenger-side window to see where the shooting was coming from, and heard Parks shout a racial slur at him. Parks then repeatedly sideswiped and rammed Handy's car until both vehicles could not drive.

Deputies said his blood-alcohol level was 0.226 percent, nearly three times the level at which one is deemed drunk in Florida.

"Our goal is to see that he doesn't breathe another breath of air outside of jail," said Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.

RIDICULOUS! Woman Sues Google For Bad Walking Directions After She Was Hit By A Car Cause She Wasn't Paying Attention - [Video Inside]!!

PARK CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News)- A California woman is suing Google for $100,000 after she was hit by a car, while using a Google map. She began her route on Daley Avenue. She typed where she wanted to go into her blackberry, but only got one-half mile down the road before she was hit by a car.

Rosenberg was struck by the vehicle on Deer Valley Drive, a heavily traveled road, but what people can’t believe is that she was hit just feet away from an embankment over-looking a nearby walking path.

Joan Rosen says, “You are responsible for your own self when you are walking across the street. Forget about Google and anybody else.”

She was using Google Maps to direct her to Prospector Avenue, a two mile walk. Now she wants the company of Google to pay for her injuries claiming that the map led her down a path that was not reasonably safe for pedestrians.

Carleen Reilly says, “What a stupid thing? That is so stupid. Google is set up for cars, not walking people.”

Morton Rosen says, “Google’s the world. You’re going to China and you’re going to ask Google to give you a specific directions about somewhere. It’s ludicrous. The woman has to take responsibility for her own actions.”

It’s a lawsuit that has yet to be heard in court, but it’s one that’s shocking to those who live in Park City.

Rosenberg’s Utah County attorney declined to speak with ABC4 tonight, but Google released a statement saying all of their software comes with a disclaimer warning pedestrians that some paths may not include sidewalks.

Officer arrested for pulling motorists over, charged ‘roadside fee’!!

The Bradford County Sheriff's Office has arrested a member of the Lawtey Police Department.

Kenyatta Sheffield, a part-time officer, is accused of offering to let speeders pay fines in cash while he had them pulled over, reports First Coast News.

The little town has a reputation for being a speed trap, it is now getting a worse name.

Sheffield called it a "roadside fee."

Police said they got the tip on the alleged scam when he pulled a woman over three weeks ago. "She was told she could pay a roadside fee of $191. In doing so it would eliminate the point on her driver's license," Lawtey Police Capt. Shane Bennett said.

The girl didn't have the cash, so she called a friend for help. That friend knew something was fishy and called the cops.

Sheffield went as far as escorting another women to an ATM to get cash.

He then voided the tickets, obliterating all identifying information, such as tag numbers, reports First Coast News.

Police said Sheffield wrote about 350 tickets over the last couple of months.

Waitress Fired for Griping About Tip on Facebook!!

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- A North Carolina waitress is out of a job after griping on her Facebook page about the $5 tip she got from a couple who sat at their table for three hours. The waitress says the customers kept her at work an hour after she was supposed to clock out.

The Charlotte Observer reported Monday that 22-year-old Ashley Johnson felt slighted after waiting on the couple at Brixx Pizza.

So she blasted the couple on Facebook, calling them cheap and mentioning the restaurant by name.

Brixx officials told Johnson a couple of days later that she was being fired because she violated a company policy banning workers from speaking disparagingly about customers and casting the restaurant in a bad light on a social network.

Johnson says she has apologized to Brixx and is looking for a new job.
