"Despite press reports to the contrary, Warner Bros. Pictures and Ms. Murphy never entered into any deal for Happy Feet 2."

The case against the minors began last week when the girl had her cell phone confiscated after it rang during class. Crying, she told a teacher that "a 6th grade boy had sent her a dirty picture and she was going to get into trouble." A subsequent investigation determined that the boy had sent her a photo of his "exposed genitals" and that she had responded by texting him a shot of her "exposed body and breasts."

The girl, the report notes, showed the explicit photo of the boy to a friend of hers, a seventh grade student at a local Catholic school. After conferring with prosecutors, the juveniles were charged with the two felony counts.

The women had originally claimed that they had been assaulted last night by two men outside a Telford home, according to criminal complaints. But Alexander and Ortega subsequently confessed to having a consensual encounter with a man they had met on a telephone chat line (and who agreed to their sex-for-cigarettes proposition).

After recanting the rape claim, Alexander told cops that they accused the man "because they didn't enjoy the sex," according to a sheriff's news release. Both women are being held in the county lockup in advance of their scheduled arraignment tomorrow morning in Jonesborough Session Court. Police have not identified the accused man, who still could be charged with solicitation in connection with the sex-for-cigarettes arrangement.

Teacher Gets Busted For Photos With Stripper!!!

Wow this sucks. A Brownsville, Pennsylvania teacher was recently suspended after photos of her getting all up in the business of a male stripper surfaced on the Internet. The unnamed teacher was photographed in some compromising positions with the stripper and the photos were posted online by someone else. Outraged parents and scarred for life students called for her immediate punishment, so the school responded with a 30-day unpaid suspension. Apparently having a little fun after sending the kiddies home is totally unacceptable. Parents argue that while everyone is entitled to their own debauchery-laden decisions, posting them on the Internet makes them a school district issue.

Others who are running to the teacher’s defense (probably because they’ve have a little titty bar fun here and there themselves), are saying that the teacher should not be held responsible for the pre-Christmas bachelorette party photos because she was not the one who posted them online. Valid argument, but something tells me that the parents of little Cindy and pint-sized Johnny aren’t really concerned with who posted the photos as they’re concerned with the balls flying at the teacher’s face.

Jersey Shore Cast Wants More Cash For Season Two!!!

The self-proclaimed guidos and guidettes of MTV’s Jersey Shore are trying to hustle the network for a bigger paycheck for season two of the hit reality show. MTV originally offered Snooki, Pauly D., J-Woww, The Situation and the rest of the cast a $10,000 singing bonus and $5,000 an episode. But the hair gel and spray tan hasn’t leaked into their brains just yet, so the cast rejected the offer and is gunning for a higher amount to come back.

MTV is now offering the Jersey Shore kids $10,000 an episode for season two, but the jury is still out on whether they will accept the offer or not. It’s no secret that the cast of the “The Hills” gets paid bank for putting their privileged lives on display (reportedly some stars get paid about $100,000 an episode), so it might not be a bad idea for Snickers and the rest of the gang to play hard to get with MTV.

School Bans Dictionary Over Oral Sex Description!!!

Apparently Merriam-Webster’s 10th edition dictionary is a little too racy for the kids because the Menifee Union School District has decided to ban the book because of its graphic “oral sex” description. The decision came after a parent complained that their child had accidentally flipped to the “oral sex” entry. Now, my question here, was it really an accident or was the kid just a wee bit curious? Could go either way.

But regardless of why the elementary schooler decided to land on fellatio, the school district has now removed the dictionary from all of the district’s classrooms and is reviewing the book for other questionable definitions to decided if it should be banned permanently. The district spokesperson said that the dictionary is just not age appropriate. Some people think that’s a little crazy, including one parent who said:

“Censorship in the schools, really? Pretty soon the only dictionary in the school library will be the Bert and Ernie dictionary. If the kids are exposed to it, it’s up to the parents to explain it to them at their level.”

While I get that blow jobs might not be an appropriate classroom discussion point, are we really going to ban the dictionary? THE DICTIONARY? Seriously, education, do better!

Car Thief Caught... While Playing 'Grand Theft Auto'!!!

Police in Polk County, Florida were recently investigating reports of a stolen SUV when they received a tip about the vehicle's whereabouts. After tracking the car down to the home of 30-year old Michael Ray Ekes, they entered the house and found the suspect sitting on his couch and honing his skills on -- you guessed it -- 'Grand Theft Auto.' Police immediately arrested him on charges of drug possession, burglary, and grand theft auto (of the "real" variety).

Ekes was already on bail for two previous GTA charges and, according to the Orlando Sentinel, when investigators asked him if the video game was anything like the real thing, he replied simply that "it's a blast." Sherriff Grady Judd took the opportunity to remind everyone that "crime is not a game," and said he would love to see Ekes locked up "for a good long while, where they don't have Grand Theft Auto video games."

Crime, of course, isn't a game. But a lot of games involve crime, because crime is one of a handful of things that the average person would never dare to do in their lifetime -- which is what makes this case so weird. Isn't stealing cars in virtual reality sort of a major step down from the real thing? Isn't this kind of like LeBron James spending hours in front of 'NBA Live?'

Man Pees on $600 Worth of Steaks at an Ohio Wal-Mart!!!

An Ohio man is in jail after police arrested him on charges of urinating on a meat counter at a Wal-Mart store, Cleveland’s Fox8.com reported.
Robert T. Jenkins, 21, of Canton, Ohio, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. local time on Friday morning, Lt. Linda Brown of the Canton Police Department told Fox8.com. Jenkins was charged with felony vandalism and disorderly conduct. Jenkins was arrested after police responded to a call from an employee at the Wal-Mart store telling authorities that a man walked up to the meat counter and began urinating on the steaks, police told Fox8.com. The disorderly conduct destroyed more than $600 dollars in meat. Police have not commented on whether alcohol or drugs played a role in Jenkin’s actions, the site reported.
Jenkins is currently being held in the Stark County jail in lieu of $25,000 bond,

Coleman was still in the Utah County Jail late Sunday, RadarOnline.com confirmed. He was arrested in Santaquin, Utah.

A law enforcement source told RadarOnline.com that the "Different Strokes" actor is being held on $1725 bail but refused to specify if police had specifically sought to pick up Coleman or if his arrest had been the result of a chance encounter with police. "He's been booked. He's in the jail right now," the law enforcement source told RadarOnline.com.

Coleman is married to Shannon Price. The star said that the couple married on August 28, 2007 on her 22nd birthday. Things have been rocky ever since.

Police refused to identify the domestic violence victim in the Coleman arrest but the couple has battled in the past and his marriage quickly dissolved into a public curiosity as the couple appeared on Divorce Court.

Price was arrested on domestic violence charges on July 1, 2009 after an incident with Coleman. She locked the actor out of their house and police said his bedroom was trashed.

She was booked for investigation of domestic violence, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Coleman was hospitalized after suffering a seizure in January.

His other legal woes include charges of ramming his truck into a fan in September, 2008 at a bowling alley. The fan brought a personal injury lawsuit against Coleman that was settled.

According to hiphopwired.com, Ohio police have identified the body of a 60-year-old woman after police found her corpse wrapped in a blanket with multiple stab wounds in the backseat of her boyfriend's car.

Police report that Elaine Wynn had been missing since Christmas and when they pulled over her boyfriend, Heyward Prude Jr. to ask him his girlfriend's whereabouts he confessed to police saying,


“She's in the backseat, under those boxes.”

Wynn was found in the backseat wrapped in a blanket with seven stab wounds and twenty cuts to her face.

Heyward Prude Jr. is being charged with aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, kidnapping, gross abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence.

Haitian police shot and killed a man they suspected of stealing rice in earthquake-ravaged Port-au-Prince on Thursday, leaving his body on the sidewalk for hours as his family mourned.

The dead man's mother identified him as Gentile Cherie, a 20-year-old carpenter. A companion with him was wounded, and a third man nearby was hit by what he said was a stray bullet.

WACO, Texas (AP) - A former Texas minister convicted of killing his wife made unwanted sexual advances toward two women and one said she had to use "all my strength" to fight him off, they testified Thursday in the punishment phase of his trial.

Jurors who convicted Matt Baker late Wednesday heard testimony from the women, who said the incidents happened in the 1990s. Prosecutors were expected to call several women who also allege incidents with Baker.

Baker, convicted of giving his wife sleeping pills, suffocating her and faking her suicide note in 2006, faces anywhere from probation to life in prison.

A woman who dated him for several months in high school testified that she had an innocent yet flirtatious relationship with him that changed one day in the 1990s when she was home from college. She said he was forcible and aggressive.

"I had to use all my strength to keep him off of me and from taking my clothes off," she said.

Another woman said she was 19 and working with Baker at the Waco YMCA when he touched her inappropriately and said he wanted to have sex with her.

"He said he knew that I wanted it," she told jurors.

Prosecutors notified defense attorneys before the trial began that they planned to present evidence that Baker made sexual advances toward other women, including some underage girls, over the past 18 years.

Baker also looked at pornographic Web sites and those for married adults who want to have affairs, Noel Kersh, a computer forensics examiner, testified Thursday. Kersh told jurors Baker viewed the sites on his church-issued laptop and his computer at a youth center where he worked as a chaplain.

Manny Pacquiao Set To Fight Joshua Clottey in Dallas on March 13!!!

After Pac-Man and Money Mayweather failed to agree to terms over pre-fight drug-testing procedures, promoters for both fighters said they would stick with their plans for a March 13 bout against different opponents. A Chicago man is in jail after police say he assaulted and bit off the nipple of an off-duty police officer.

31-year-old Fernando Cooper Is being charged with two felonies, attempting to disarm a peace officer and aggravated battery to a peace officer.

He was also charged with three counts of misdemeanor resisting arrest and cited with a city violation for panhandling in a prohibited manner.

The off-duty officer says he got into a dispute with Cooper outside of a popular restaurant.

Doctors counld not attach the nipple, the officer survived with one nipple. Thank God he is not a female..the twins babies have to wait in line for their turn. LMAO

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars has been released for the iPhone, for those who want to indulge in a little Liberty City mayhem in between emails. The game is a direct port of the Nintendo DS and Sony PSP versions and costs $9.99, a little pricey for an iPhone game but much cheaper than the game console versions.

Reviews of the game have been positive, though users note it lacks some of the extras, like pedestrian speech, that make Rockstar's games so lush. Mashable reports that the game runs smoothly, and that the touch-screen controls, while not as intuitive as the buttons on the DS or PSP, are more than adequate.

A woman who found out she had HIV when she was pregnant with twins was infected by her boyfriend who had known he had the virus for nine years.

She was among four women unaware that Mark Devereaux, 41, had the virus when they had unprotected sex with him.

The 28-year-old woman chose to have an abortion after discovering she had contracted the virus.

Devereaux admitted four charges of culpable and reckless conduct. Sentence was deferred for reports.

The High Court in Edinburgh was told Devereaux was working offshore when his partner found a letter in their home in the north east of Scotland which said he was HIV positive. Contiune reading this sad story...

When she confronted Devereaux he initially denied any knowledge of this - then claimed he had only known about his condition for a year.
It later emerged he had in fact known for nine years before he began their six-year relationship that he had the virus and could pass it on.

Devereaux, who now lives in Dundee, admitted that he had had unprotected sex with four different women without telling them about the risks involved.

Three of his victims escaped infection. The woman who was found to be positive got her test result when she was three months pregnant and decided to have an abortion.

The court also heard that another woman who had a relationship with the chef also contracted the virus but no charge could be brought because there was no evidence that Devereaux himself knew he was HIV positive at that time.

The charges he admitted in court covered a time-span from January 2003 to December 2008 and included various addresses in the north east of Scotland.

Devereaux was remanded in custody and is due to be sentenced next month.

Advocate depute Alex Prentice QC, prosecuting, said Devereaux was single, had no dependants and worked with an agency, travelling throughout the UK and abroad.

Tiger Woods Shells Out $40,000 on Sex Rehab!!!

It was only a matter of time before Tiger Woods went the sex rehab route. The go-to reputation saver, sex rehab seems to be the prescribed treatment for any celebrity who cheats on a spouse or significant other who is a few rungs out of there league (cough, Eric Benet, cough, cough). After being unable to keep little Tiger in check, the former golf star has now checked himself into Pine Grove Behavioral Health And Addiction Services in Mississippi. According to Guanabee, a 45-day stint at this center will cost you more than $37,000. “The Gentle Path” program is the center’s sex rehab course and is taught by sexpert Dr. Patrick J. Carnes, so this indeed might be what Tiger’s in for. The program features group therapy (isn’t that what got Tiger in trouble in the first place?), shame reduction (not sure if Elin Nordegren would be happy about that), and eye desensitization (no more boobie ogling, sorry T-Woods).

Anonymous Employee Reveals Ugly Details of Facebook's Inner Workings!!!

The whining and gnashing of teeth that immediately greet any changes to Facebook have become a cliched social networking punchline. The site, though, is currently being hammered over very real and pertinent concerns that go far beyond mere member tempter-tantrums.

The brouhaha began early last year when Facebook implemented, and then almost immediately retracted, new Terms of Service that many believed would give the site perpetual ownership of member information (like photographs). Over the course of the last year, despite the reversal, those concerns over privacy have only escalated, and some recent revelations by an anonymous Facebook employee should only serve to intensify the cacophony of complaints...read more for remainder


The spike in Facebook vitriol has amplified primarily because of December changes to Facebook's privacy guidelines. The new user settings were initially described as a method for members to completely control their profile activities. People steadily identified some glaring holes in the supposed security measures, though, including the inability to securely lock down profile pictures, fan pages, and friends lists.

According to the unnamed snitch, those aren't the only issues, as the employee claims that everything you do is not only permanently stored and saved, but completely available to Facebook staff and associates. The site All Facebook has expectedly and deservedly retaliated to the whistleblower claims, and has dismissed the supposed revelations as common knowledge with which all Facebook members should be completely familiar.

Speaking to the Rumpus, the Facebook worker asserted that when a member makes "any sort of interaction on Facebook -- upload a photo, click on somebody's profile, update your status, change your profile information," that activity is stored on Facebook's servers. In order to identify a member's "best friends," a feature which quietly debuted recently, the site tracks and stores (at one of four massive data centers) every possible interaction. All Facebook countered by saying this practice is "widely known," and that "if you don't want Facebook collecting information about you, don't give it to them." (Excellent customer service -- MySpace would be thrilled if Facebook adhered to an official "take it or leave it" approach.)

One of the most troubling revelations in the anonymous interview is the claim that any Facebook employee could log into any member account with a single master password (which was some derivation of Chuck Norris -- not so funny in this scenario). The shadowy interviewee also said that various employees (at least two of whom were terminated) were caught inappropriately using that password to gain access to accounts. But, according to some, that password issue "isn't really that big of a deal." That may not sound comforting, but the site says it has a zero tolerance policy for snooping and it has also created a Chief Privacy Officer position.

JAY-Z LOSES LAWSUIT OVER 'ROCKAFELLA' NAME!!!

Though Jay-Z and Beyonce were recently dubbed Hollywood's richest couple of 2009 by Forbes magazine, money can't buy Hov everything.

Jay recently lost a lengthy court battle with 51-year-old celebrity chef Terry Miller over Miller's "Rockafella" restaurant, which Jay felt infringed on his infamous Roc-A-Fella record label.

The lawsuit began in 2006, after Miller won $250,000 on cooking reality show 'Hell's Kitchen,' and named his restaurant after his specialty dish, the King Prawn Rockafella. In the suit, Jay claimed that the name of Miller's restaurant mislead people into believing that it was associated with his record label.

However, the Newcastle, UK court ruled in favor of Miller, granting him the trademark and exclusive rights to use the name. A similar case came up in the U.K. in 2007, when Sean "Diddy" Combs was forbidden the use of his chosen nickname after losing a court case with Richard "Diddy" Dearborn, who held the rights to the name in the U.K.

In any event Jay-Z and Beyonce raked in a reported $122 million in 2009, so Hov can definitely brush the dirt off his diamond-encrusted shoulders.

World's Tallest Man Meets World's Shortest Man (for Now)!!!

It was a match made in Guinness. The world's tallest man, 8-foot-1-inch Sultan Kosen, met the world's shortest man, 2-foot-5-inch He Pingping, at an event to launch everybody's favorite book of world records' live road show.

The ceremony was held in Istanbul, Turkey, 27-year-old Kosen's home country. The massive farm laborer, who has a condition called pituitary gigantism, told reporters, "I've wanted to meet Pingping ever since I was awarded the title 'tallest man."'

Pingping, a 21-year-old from China, suffers from primordial dwarfism. He didn't say much, but did get to ride around on his new buddy's foot. In 2008, Pingping posed with Svetlana Pankratova, who has been recognized as world's leggiest female with gams over four feet long.

But Pingping probably shouldn't get too comfortable with his new found foot rides. 38-year-old Jordanian man Younis Edwan claims he is only 2-foot-1-inches tall and could be one official Guinness measurement away from stealing all of Pingping's pint-size glory.

Are Men More 'Evolved' Than Women???

Call it a literal battle of the sexes: Researchers just revealed that the male Y chromosome is more evolved than ours.

The discovery -- unearthed by a female MIT researcher -- shows that the Y chromosome has advanced so much over the last 6 million years that there's now a 30 percent difference between the male genetic code and that of chimps, our nearest ancestor. For the rest of the human genetic code, there's only a 2 percent difference.

Y Marks the Spot

Jennifer Hughes and her MIT colleague outline the new study in the journal Nature. You can read the full scientific jargon of the two-year research project here.

The abridged version: The Y chromosome rocks because it isn't part of a pair like the rest of our 44 chromosomes, meaning that when gene mutations occur, there's no matching chromosome to overshadow them. But it also has to do with female chimps being little hussies when in heat. By mating frequently with many partners, the females force the males to produce the most and best sperm.

And while 6 million years seems like a long time to us, the changes Y has undergone in that span would take other chromosomes about 310 million years to get right.

This news is remarkable for science because researchers previously thought not only that the X sex chromosome was evolving more rapidly than the Y, but that Y was in danger of becoming extinct all together. So, the news is obviously a self-esteem booster for the previously underachieving, close-to-dying male gender.

The Mudslinging Begins

But thanks to headlines like "Are Men More 'Evolved' Than Women?" neither gender is acting very evolved in its response to the study. Check out these comments from the Huffington Post's piece:

Genetics aren't the same as behavior, so Y's rapid advancement doesn't mean men are acting any more advanced than women (nor does it mean their brain power now trumps women's). And even if more gene mutations occur to separate men from their chimp ancestors, we won't see the outcome of the changes in our lifetime.

But the men do deserve a hand for rallying back from near extinction. Somebody cue "I Will Survive."

Courtroom Escape Attempt Fails Miserably As Man Finds Out The Hard Way That The Courthouse Glass Is Bulletproof

DailyHerald: A Zion man who tried to escape police by jumping through a window learned the hard way that what happens on television is not always possible in real life.

Authorities said Travis Copeland, 19, bolted out of a Lake County felony courtroom Wednesday and ran across the courthouse skyway over Washington Street in Waukegan. The skyway connects courtrooms inside the Lake County Government Center to courtrooms at the Lake County jail.


With Lake County Sheriff's deputies approaching and running out of options, Copeland - who was in court after violating a bond condition - tried to shoulder block his way through a window of the two-story skyway in an attempt to escape.

The bulletproof glass did not give way and Copeland, clearly staggering after hitting his head and shoulder, took two steps back and laid down on the floor with his hands spread over his head, and waited to be arrested.

Nine deputies arrived on the scene, several with their guns drawn, and surrounded him. Copeland was handcuffed and pulled back into the courtroom.

"Our court security team reacted in a professional and timely manner," said Lake County Sheriff Mark Curran. "Mr. Copeland was obviously desperate and our deputies responded accordingly and without hesitation."

Officials said Copeland was not listed as a flight risk, and therefore was not handcuffed inside the courtroom.

Copeland was returned to the courtroom following the failed escape attempt, and his bond was increased from $50,000 to $1.5 million.

Authorities said Copeland had been out on bond for disorderly conduct and aggravated battery of an officer before Wednesday. Additional charges are expected to be filed against him.

OMG LOL:Burglar Faints In Court After Being Sentenced 15 Years..

DeGiorgio Jackson, one member of the group identified with the help of the popular online video site, was found guilty of felony burglary last week by a Fulton County jury.

Jackson, 21, was sentenced to 15 years in prison for breaking into the Grant Park home of Dan and Alyssa Kopp on Oct. 27, 2008.

Jackson and three alleged accomplices were arrested a day after the October burglary after neighbors reported that the suspects were selling electronics from a home at 2298 Mark Trail near Decatur, police said.

Police found stolen items, including four flat-screen TVs, four computers -- a desktop and three laptops -- a computer printer, and a Dodge Durango.

Wall Street Bankers Make Stunning $145 Billion for 2009!!!

Big banks have decided that big pay trumps good PR. In a move that is sure to irritate an already outraged public, major U.S. banks paid out $145 billion in compensation in 2009, up 18% from 2008 according to a study by The Wall Street Journal. The survey covered 18 financial firms and showed that pay packages were 32% of the revenue of these firms. Some firms quarreled with the paper's methods, but its figures are probably not far off the mark.

It appears that banks have taken a calculated risk; Bad PR is bad PR and nothing more. Angry taxpayers do not set payouts at big banks and Congress may not like the numbers, but politicians know that putting strict regulations on compensation, particularly at financial firms that have paid back TARP obligations, may raise the issue of whether the government should override decisions by public company boards of directors.

Of course the Administration has already figured out a way to claw back money from the largest and most successful banks with a 0.15% tax on liabilities, dubbed the Financial Crisis Responsibility Fee. This levy is expected to bring in $90 billion over the next ten years, which is not very much when spread over the roughly 50 firms that are expected to pay it.

The large pay packages may cause Congress to set high taxes on Wall Street bonuses next year in the way that the U.K. did for 2009 compensation. This would avoid the government stepping into bank board rooms, and would bring a portion of bankers' compensation into the Treasury instead of merely capping it. Congress and the Administration could then secretly hope for big bonuses because a tax on them would help offset the growing deficit.

Dad Calls Police When Child Refuses to Go to School!!!

Getting on and off the school bus every day is routine for millions of students across the country. But on Jan. 11, when a 6-year-old in Monroe, Ohio, refused to get on the bus in the morning, his father called the police.

Monroe Police Chief Greg Homer tells the Middletown Journal that a male caller told a dispatcher he wanted a police officer to come to his home and scare the boy into going to class...read more for full story

The police chief of the town of 8,000 people, located 67 miles northeast of Cincinnati, tells the newspaper in the nearby community of Middletown that it's not uncommon for people to call the police for help in disciplining their children.

"We just send a police officer, and you just go over there and tell him, 'you got to go to school,' " he tells the Journal.
According to the Journal, the Monroe Police Department averages about 25 calls from parents annually. The calls usually come from single parents, Homer tells the paper.

"They're silly, but we get them," he adds. "Sometimes it's not always 'go to school,' but sometimes it's that they won't help clean dishes, won't help around the house, and 'help-me-raise-my-child calls.' "

The paper reports that a mother 200 miles away in Carrollton, Ohio, called the police Dec. 15 after catching her 6-year-old daughter shoplifting a package of stickers.

Homer tells the Journal he prefers police stay out of the business of rearing other people's children.

"There are exceptions," he adds. "You get some parents, they've got a 10-year-old and they come home talking about drugs and stuff like that, and the kids and the parents don't have the answers. So they'll call the police and want to talk to them about it."

Homer tells the paper that officers often refer students to the Drug Abuse Resistance Education officer in Monroe schools.

"It's a public relations thing, too. You try to help out people as much as you can, but raising your child is really not our job," he tells the paper. "But we will."

Tiger Woods Considering $3 Million Haiti Donation!!!

(Jan. 14) – Scandal-plagued golfer Tiger Woods may be on the verge of making an enormous donation – $3 million – to help relief efforts in Haiti.

Hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons told the New York Daily News, "Tiger Woods is working on sending a mobile hospital with 50 EMTs to go set up a triage."

According to the Daily News, Simmons approached Woods about joining forces with Yele, Wyclef Jean's Haitian relief organization. Simmons told the paper that Woods seemed "excited" about making a contribution.

Woods established the Tiger Woods Foundation in 1996, and has distributed millions of dollars to help children around the world.

Celebrity reaction to the earthquake in Haiti has been swift and widespread. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have announced they will donate $1 million to Doctors Without Borders through their Jolie-Pitt Foundation.

The Daily Beast reports that a charity telethon to help the victims in Haiti has been scheduled for early February. It will be hosted by George Clooney, and will feature Rihanna, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ashton Kutcher, Usher, John Legend, Mariah Carey, Jamie Foxx, Jean, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Susan Sarandon and others.

Major League Baseball will donate $1 million for earthquake relief through UNICEF, Bloomberg News reports.

South African police caught more than they expected in a Cape Town drug raid when a strap-on dildo fell off a suspected crime lord during a search, the Sunday Times reported.

"Fat Murphy", feared on the streets of Cape Town, told a court that he is a hermaphrodite who holds male and female identity documents - one under the name Fadwaan, the other under Hilary.

Police and a tearful Murphy recounted the saga during a bail hearing for Murphy's charges of possession of stolen property, which come on top of earlier charges of kidnapping and intimidation, the paper said.

"I had a vagina that could not be penetrated. But I also had male organs, testes. But I always knew I was really a man and that was what I wanted to be," Murphy told the court, according to the newspaper.

"God created me with both sexual organs. It was God's decision, not mine," he said.

Murphy has been married twice - his second wife's name is tattooed on his arm. He said received his male identity documents after undergoing surgery to remove his female organs when he was in his teens, the paper said.

Police say Murphy offered them R9 100 not to search him during the raid.

Police said they were investigating how Murphy obtained his male identity documents, saying they found no records of him undergoing sex-change surgery.
