Don't he look like he fought the whole Chicago policeA Chicago man is in jail after police say he assaulted and bit off the nipple of an off-duty police officer.
31-year-old Fernando Cooper Is being charged with two felonies, attempting to disarm a peace officer and aggravated battery to a peace officer.
He was also charged with three counts of misdemeanor resisting arrest and cited with a city violation for panhandling in a prohibited manner.
The off-duty officer says he got into a dispute with Cooper outside of a popular restaurant.
Doctors counld not attach the nipple, the officer survived with one nipple. Thank God he is not a female..the twins babies have to wait in line for their turn. LMAO
