DETROIT – She’s accusing her own grandson of the unthinkable. She’s set to tell her story in a court of law, but first a Detroit Grandmother is talking exclusively to FOX 2’s Brad Edwards.

She tells Edwards that her 19-year-old step-grandson Lee Aaron Moorer raped her on several different occasions. He will face charges on Tuesday that include several count of criminal sexual conduct.

This sh*t made our stomachs turn. Lee Aaron, 19 years old, is accused of raping his grandmother after she allowed him to live with her. Not once, but on several different occasions, then sent her a text message saying “I Love You.”

Dead Music Stars Rake in the Big Bucks!!!

Michael Jackson's posthumous documentary and CD 'This Is It' is released this week, and if history is any guide, his estate stands to make a lot of money. Since his death in June, 9 million Jackson albums have been sold -- which means he's already beaten John Lennon and Elvis Presley in his fourth act. Actors like Marilyn Monroe and Heath Ledger also earned a whopping amount of money after they died. In a dead celebrity shocker, Forbes just announced its list for 2009, with deceased fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent topping the dead celebs at $350 million. (They auctioned off his estate, which contained all his fancy stuff-art, furniture, and clothing.)

Plies Pays Fan $1,000 to Leave His Concert!!!

Rapper Plies did a good deed during a recent concert at Florida State University. After noticing a young fan in the crowd he paid the little girl $1,000 to leave.

Plies was set to perform his smash hit 'Bust It Baby,' but felt the little girl was too young to hear the song's raunchy lyrics.

After pulling $1,000 out of his pocket and handing it to the girl, he told her to have her parents take her somewhere "nice."

Although there's no word on why the youngster was allowed to attend the concert in the first place, Plies' actions added a nice touch to an event deemed controversial to some. Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane was billed to headline the event amid the opposition of some students who felt the former trap-star's lyrics were too violent. Gucci later pulled out due to house arrest. He was not able to get the trip cleared as he was forced to remain home leading up to his October 26 court date for alleged parole violation.

The rappers recently collaborated on the song 'Wasted,' which will appear on Gucci's forthcoming release 'The State vs. Radric Davis.' They are also rumored to have a track together on Plies' next album, 'Goon Affiliated.'

Girl Gang Raped For Hours Outside Of School Dance!!!

A young girl was brutally gang raped right outside her high school dance. A crowd watched the raping and some even did the unthinkable:

A California high school student who police said was gang raped in a two-and-a-half-hour assault outside a homecoming dance, remained hospitalized in stable condition Monday, two days after she was flown from the attack scene in critical condition.
As of late Monday, two suspects had been arrested in the case and a third was being questioned. “There is one individual in custody who has made some spontaneous statements that have led me to believe that he is culpable for what happened,” Richmond police Lt. Johan Simon said. Nineteen-year-old Manuel Ortega, described as a former student at the school, was arrested soon after he fled the scene and will face charges of rape, robbery and kidnapping, police said. A 15-year-old was later arrested and charged with one count of felony sexual assault. A third teenager was being interviewed, according to Lt. Mark Gagan of the police department in Richmond, California. “Based on witness statements and suspect statements, and also physical evidence, we know that she was raped by at least four suspects committing multiple sex acts,” Gagan said.

Investigators said as many as 15 people, all males, stood around watching the assault, but did not call police or help the victim, a 15-year-old student at Richmond High School in suburban San Francisco. “As people announced over time that this was going on, more people came to see, and some actually participated,” Gagan said. Authorities had interviewed the victim, and the search for other attackers and bystanders who watched and did not report the rape was in “full-court press,” according to Gagan.

Man Charged With Murder of UConn's Football Player Jasper Howard!!!

STORRS, Conn. -- Connecticut police have charged a man with the murder of UConn football player Jasper Howard. John William Lomax III, 21, was charged with murder and conspiracy to commit assault. "There is no system of justice that can bring back someone who has been taken from us," UConn Commissioner of Public Safety John A. Danaher III said Tuesday. "But we can do all in our power to investigate, arrest and assist in prosecuting those who commit a crime such as this, and we did so in this case."

Bond was set at $2 million for Lomax of Bloomfield, Conn., which is about 30 miles from UConn's campus. His attorney, however, insists Lomax attempted to break up a fight that erupted after a fire alarm was pulled during a school-sanctioned dance on the university campus Oct. 18. Howard was stabbed shortly after 12:30 AM and died in a Hartford hospital hours later.

Police also charged Bloomfield's Hakim Muhammad, 20, with conspiracy to commit assault, and 21-year-old Jamal Todd of Hartford with pulling the fire alarm -- a felony -- which reportedly began the fight that led to the stabbing as those in attendance at the dance evacuated. Muhammad is being held on $750,000 bond, while Todd's bond was set at $5,000. Lomax and Muhammad are being held for a court appearance Wednesday in Rockville, Conn. Todd has a court date Nov. 10.

None of the three men are listed as students or employees at the university, according to the school's Web site.

Monstrous Skull Fossil Found in UK!!!

A colossal fossilised skull of a 'sea monster', possibly the biggest of its kind ever found, has been discovered along Britain's Jurassic Coast.

The giant predator, called a pliosaur, dominated the seas at the same time as dinosaurs roamed the land, around 150 million years ago. The beast's skull is 2.4 metres long, and in total it could have measured 16 metres and weighed in at a staggering 12 tons. The fossil, which is 90% complete, shows a predator with a huge powerful jaw lined with razor-sharp teeth, similar to a crocodile's. Using four paddle-like limbs to glide through the water, pliosaurs would have dined on ichthyosaurs - giant reptiles which resembled modern-day dolphins.

Dr Martill said: "These creatures were monsters.

The pliosaur skull is the latest fossil to be discovered on the Jurassic Coast, Britain's only natural World Heritage Site, which runs along 95 miles of the Devon and Dorset coastline.

Mr Sheehan said: "In 40 years of collecting, I have often been green with envy at some of the finds other people have made.

"But now when someone shows me a find, I can say 'That's not a fossil, this pliosaur, that's a fossil'."

Police: Woman Offered Sex for World Series Tickets!!!

BENSALEM, Pa. (Oct. 27) -- Police in a Philadelphia suburb they've arrested a woman who offered sex for World Series tickets. Bensalem police say 43-year-old Susan Finkelstein was arrested on Tuesday. Investigators say Finkelstein posted an ad on the Web site Craigslist that stated she was a die-hard Phillies fan and buxom blonde in desperate need of two World Series tickets. Police say her posting went on to say the price was negotiable and that "I'm the creative type! Maybe we can help each other!"
An undercover officer responded to the ad. Police say Finkelstein offered to perform various sex acts in exchange for World Series tickets. She is charged with prostitution and related offenses. Her listed phone number was disconnected, and it couldn't immediately be determined if she had an attorney.

New book examines black women’s film stardom!!!

Dorothy Dandridge was the first black woman nominated for a Best Actress Oscar. Almost a half century passed before another black woman — Halle Berry — won the award.

They and three others — Pam Grier, Whoopi Goldberg and Oprah Winfrey — are subjects of the new book “Divas on Screen: Black Women in American Film.”

“These women have pushed the racial boundaries for audiences, setting new standards for beauty and body type,” said author Mia Mask.

Police Cite Non-English Speaking Drivers!!!

DALLAS (Oct. 24) -- Dallas police officers have improperly cited drivers for not being able to speak English 38 times in the past three years, Chief David Kunkle said Friday. The discovery came after a woman was pulled over earlier this month for making an illegal U-turn and was given a ticket for being a "non-English speaking driver." The police chief said the citations are disappointing for Dallas, a city where the Latinos make up 44 percent of the more than 1 million residents and nearly 45 percent speak a language other than English.

Kunkle said his department's computer system for citations has a pull-down menu that includes a law requiring drivers of commercial vehicles to speak English. The chief said he believes the federal law was misapplied to local drivers of private vehicles.
At least six officers wrote the citations, including one who wrote five of them, Kunkle said at a news conference. The officers and their commanders are under investigation, and Dallas police also plan to look beyond the last three years to see if other citations turn up, Kunkle said.

Man Takes Cancer Fight Into His Own Hands, Designs Potential Cure!!!

John Kanzius didn’t have a background in science or medicine. He didn’t even have a college degree. What he did have was a deadly form of leukemia.” And he decided to do something about it. Kanzius, using his expertise in the radio business, built a machine that essentially melts cancerous cells using radio waves. It does not harm other cells in the body the way chemotherapy does.

In January of ‘08, Kanzius had gone through 36 rounds of chemo, was weak, sick, and close to death. By summer of last year, he was playing 18 holes of golf a day. NY Mets owners made $48 million on Madoff investments!!!

For all the people and institutions that lost tens of million of dollars investing with Bernie Madoff, a few had to make money. Someone had to be smart enough to take their gains and call it a day. It turns out that among the more intelligent Madoff investors, or at least the more fortunate, were the owners of The New York Mets baseball team. Several media reports say that filings with the bankruptcy court handling the Madoff matter, by the trustee handling the victim's claims, show that the Mets Limited Partnership put $523 million into two Madoff accounts and withdrew $571 million.

There has been a great deal of talk that those who made money with Madoff may be required to give profits back as part of a process to make as many investors whole as possible.

Why did the Mets make $48 million when so many other investors posted losses? It may just have been good fortune. There is no evidence, nor is there likely to be, that the team's owners knew anything about the operations of Madoff's funds. Like others, they probably invested money with Madoff because of his reputation as a magician with money.

The Mets did not have a good season, but as investors they prove the belief that it is better to be lucky than good.

Steve Phillips-Brooke Hundley Affair Reportedly Leads to ESPN Suspension!!!

ESPN baseball analyst Steve Phillips, embroiled in an affair with Brooke Hundley, has reportedly been suspended for a week by the network based on the public turn the affair has taken, including potential threats to Phillips' wife, Marni Phillips.

Hundley is a 22-year-old production assistant with ESPN. According to the NY Post, she went off the deep end after the announcer dumped her, Phillips was forced to involve police in the situation, and the media caught wind of the news shortly thereafter.

"I have extreme concerns about the health and safety of my kids and myself," Steve Phillips said in a police statement, adding that the woman became "obsessive and delusional" after he dumped her.
The Post obtained a copy of the letter Hundley sent to Marni Phillips, detailing her relationship with Steve Phillips.

My name is Brooke, I work with Steve and he and I got into a pretty heated argument on Sunday about the fact he hasn't been honest with you about our relationship. You see, I'm the woman he's been seeing for a while now, and I'm not just some random girl he had sex with in parking lots, I'm actually a close friend who works with him on a frequent basis. Ex-Seahawk Footballer Bierria Charged With Murder!!!

SLIDELL, La. (Oct. 20) - Former Seattle Seahawks safety Terreal Bierria has been arrested in the killing of a Louisiana man. St. Tammany Parish Sheriff Jack Strain said Tuesday that Bierria, who played for Seattle in 2002 and 2004, has been charged with one count of first-degree murder. Authorities say the victim was 29-year-old Soron Salter of Slidell. He was found on the floor of a home with wounds indicating a violent struggle. They say Bierria's car was seen at the house and he admitted himself to a hospital for cuts to his hands and arms. Strain says investigators obtained an arrest warrant for the 30-year-old and booked him into the parish jail, where he is being held without bond. Booking documents do not list an attorney. Bierria was the 120th overall pick in the 2002 draft by the Seahawks. He played college football at Georgia.

Economic stimulus for everyone else: Washington considers $84 billion plan!!!

If you're one of the 0.057 percent of Americans -- roughly 175,000 out of 305 million -- who are in line for $140 billion in Wall Street bonuses this year, you may be wondering why the government is spending $787 billion of your hard-earned tax dollars for "economic stimulus." After all, your employers got their $23.7 trillion bailout for causing the financial crisis and everything is hunky-dory now. Your bosses spent $5 billion for lobbying in Washington over the last decade and got an ample return on that investment, so why not just pull up the stairs and take off?

But if you're among the 15.1 million unemployed or part of the other 99.943 percent of America who are not doing so well these days, you might feel that the government is not doing enough for you. While the administration claims that its stimulus plan has saved or created a million jobs so far, that is nowhere near enough. But more help from Washington is coming: Fortune reports that another $84 billion in government spending and tax breaks is headed your way.

That package is designed to be small enough to be politically palatable among the crowd now clamoring for a balanced budget. And the $84 billion will be divided among five programs, which include the following (ranked by their estimated cost):

Job credits creation: $27 billion. This program would give employers a tax break for creating new jobs. It would amount to 15 percent of new wage costs in 2010 and 10 percent in 2011 and could create 5.1 million jobs.

COBRA premium subsidy extension: $25 billion. This would extend a government program that pays for 65 percent of the cost of the premium for COBRA -- a program that allows terminated workers to stay on their former employer's health insurance plan -- for up to nine months for workers laid off between Sept. 1, 2008, and Dec. 31, 2009.

Home buyer tax credit expansion: $16.7 billion. This would extend beyond November a temporary government program that offers people making less than $75,000 a first-time home buyer tax credit. So far, 1.4 million tax filers have taken advantage of the program, and 15 percent of them bought their homes specifically because of the $8,000 tax break.

Emergency payments to seniors: $13 billion. This would pay seniors, veterans and the disabled $250 each next year to make up for the lack of a Cost of Living Adjustment in their social security checks due to an absence of inflation.

Unemployment benefits extension: $2.4 billion. This would extend unemployment benefits for 1.3 million jobless workers who will have run out of unemployment benefits by the end of 2009 -- possibly by 14 weeks.

A California man is in a heap of trouble with police and Child social service, During a puff puff pass session, a father forget to take his 1 year old infant out of the room. The infant was able to with stand the smoke, but his little lungs could not. The pot was too strong, the baby started to act up and was rushed to the hospital for evaluations, but he was fine..If it occurred to the father that the baby might just have the munchies not medical attention, he would have still have his freedom by now.

Ghana celebration took a life of a boy + more pics of the celebration

A nine-year-old boy was crushed to death in a stampede on Friday night when he fell from a truck fully loaded with jubilant youth.

They were celebrating Ghana's victory in the FlFA Under-20 World Cup.

Identified only as Kobby, the boy is said to have fallen from the side of the vehicle where he had perched with other in a procession of vehicles and people at Angloga in Kumasi.

He was trampled on by the crowd in the late night carnival.

The assembly member of Anloga, Amidu Gariba, who confirmed the incident, said the driver of the truck apparently did not notice the accident and drove on.

Guinea Soldier's Will Be Facing Chargers, For Senseless Killing And Rape.!!!

The International Criminal Court said Thursday that it will investigate the killing of nearly 160 protesters in Guinea -- allegedly by government troops.

Guinea's military accused of senseless killing and raping women in broad day light.

The demonstrators were killed September 28 when tens of thousands of people showed up at a stadium to protest the rule of Capt. Moussa Dadis Camara, who seized power in the West African nation in a bloodless coup in December, human rights groups said. Women allegedly also were raped during the melee.

"From the information we have received, from the pictures I have seen, women were abused or otherwise brutalized on the pitch of Conraky's stadium, apparently by men in uniform," said Deputy Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda.

"This is appalling, unacceptable. It must never happen again. Those responsible must be held accountable."

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton last week blasted the Guinea government. If not aware of the story read it here again.

"The indiscriminate killing and raping that took place under government control by government troops was a vile violation of the rights of the people in that country," Clinton said.
