Michael Kanash, 49, is in the Lee County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail, charged with making false 911 calls and disturbing the peace...again.
He had been previously warned about abusing the 911 system for non-emergency calls.
According to Lee County Sheriff's reports, Kanash called 911 "extremely intoxicated," seeking to evict his roommate, reports WBBH NBC-2.
He had been arrested three times before for similar behavior, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Kanash reportedly told deputies he knew the situation was not an emergency and that he dailed 911 anyway because he "wanted his roommate gone," reports WBBH.
