The boy walked to the store from his house and didn't realize what time it was until he got there, reports the St. Petersburg Times.
Meanwhile it was an all-out boyhunt for the missing youth.
Dozens of sheriff's deputies searched for the boy with helicopters and canine units. They also launched reverse 911 calls. At least two dozen sheriff's cars converged on the boy's neighborhood.
A Walmart employee noticed Kevin milling around the store at about 2 a.m., but thought perhaps the boy's parents were with him.
Later, employees realized the boy was alone and called deputies. As early morning employees began their 7 a.m. shift, Kevin waited for the police to reunite him with his family.
Kevin and his parents were whisked away from the scene and into their neighborhood by the deputies.
Authorities plan to leave any potential punishment to his parents.

Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies arrested the 39-year-old at school, accusing her of not only forcing a 14-year-old student to touch her breasts and fondling his buttocks, but twice enticing him to leave the campus with her so they could commit a sexual act, reports 10Connects.com.
Clinton admitted to the accusations after her arrest, according to cops.
Clinton had a clean history with the district and she received ethics and conduct training twice in her eight years of teaching.

Police arrested the 32-year-old woman after an employee at River View Elementary school called 911 because the woman threatened to cut her.
Her intentions?
To confront the parents of a child that got into a spitting match with hers the previous day.
She was seen running up and down the hallways looking for the parents.
She has been charged with aggravated assault and having a weapon on school property.
Police confiscated a black cane used to conceal the weapon at the scene.

police.

SANTIAGO, Chile - A devastating magnitude-8.8 earthquake struck Chile early Saturday, toppling homes and buildings, collapsing bridges and spawning a tsunami that rolled menacingly across the Pacific.
President-elect Sebastian Pinera said more than 120 people died in the strongest earthquake to hit the country in 50 years and one of the strongest ever measured anywhere.
"Unfortunately, Chile is a country of catastrophes," Pinera said, adding the quake heavily damaged many of the country's roads, airports and ports.

Federal investigators say former lieutenant Michael Lohman knew two people shot to death as they crossed the Danziger Bridge had no weapons, but he and others filed false reports to make the shootings seem justified. Four other people were wounded.
Family members of the victims gathered at the downtown federal courthouse as Lohman arrived to enter his plea.
“We are very, very happy about the progress that the FBI and the US Justice Department have made,’’ said Dr. Romell Madison, brother of Ronald Madison, who was killed on the bridge.
“It’s a tremendous relief for us to see some sort of closure. The people of New Orleans should be relieved that there is still justice for everybody here.’’
Seven officers were charged with murder or attempted murder in the Sept. 4, 2005, shootings, just days after Katrina smashed levees and flooded 80 percent of the city.
But a state judge dismissed the charges in 2008.
Until Lohman’s plea yesterday, no one had been convicted in the deaths of Madison, 40, a mentally disabled man, and James Brissette, 19.
Four others were wounded.

Spanish Teacher Lindsay Garcia-Yazdi Arrested for Sex With Student In A Mini Van!!

Investigators believe the relationship started with text messages, e-mails, and Facebook -- but Garcia-Yazdi eventually scrapped technology in favor of good old-fashioned skankitude: The boy claims she picked him up from a friend's home on December 18, then parked her van in a public park while they had sex in the backseat.
They consorted on two other occasions in January, according to the boy. Both times Garcia-Yazdi picked him up at his house and parked on nearby streets while they steamed up the van.
Garcia-Yazdi, who has not appeared in school since her arrest, is charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a child and one count of an improper relationship. The boy was a student in Garcia-Yazdi's class.
If convicted she could earn 2 to 20 years in prison. She will appear in court on March 10.

Local Hero:Teacher Wrestle Gunman Shooting Students At Middle School [Video] ?!

Taking place in Littleton, Colorado, the suspected gunman was pacing through the parking lot of Deer Creek Middle School where he was taking shots at students with a hunting rifle before teacher Daivd Benke tackled the gunman.
Described as a 32-year-old gunman, Benke, with the assistance of another teacher, brought the shooter to the ground and subdued the attacker before he could cause more harm.
According to the Associated Press Benke was unable to stop the shooter before he was able to let off another shot. Keep reading, video of the hero below..
"Unfortunately he got another round off before I could grab him," Benke said. "He figured out that he wasn't going to be able to get another round chambered before I got to him so he dropped the gun and then we were kind of struggling around trying to get him subdued."
Benke stated that he was monitoring the parking lot when he heard the sound, believing it was a firecracker, and went to investigate.
Out of the chaos, two students were shot in the mayhem, but both have survived with one remaining hospitalized in critical condition at The Children's Hospital.
The shooter, Bruco Strongeagle Eastwood, is expected to face at least two counts of attempted murder. In regards to a motive, authorities are unable to figure out why Eastwood targeted the school, but reports show that he attended the school back in the 90's.
He is currently being held at Jefferson County Jail.
According to Eastwood's father, his son suffered from mental problems and heard voices. He added that his son was dealing with financial problems.

With the economy in a slump and big losses crippling in the mortgage market, banks are looking for reliable revenue streams. Hence punitive fees -- for overdrawing your account, say, or using a competitor's ATM -- are increasing. The average ATM service charge doubled between 1998 and 2007, and overdraft fees brought in $17.5 billion in revenue in 2006, up from $10.3 billion in 2004, according to the Center for Responsible Lending.
3. "We change our interest rates all the time."
Banks can also change the terms of your agreement, raising rates when they like (though you can opt out and pay off the balance at the old rate as long as you never use the card again). Bank of America did that recently, upping many cardholders' rates from 10% or 12% to 27% or more, even though they'd done nothing wrong.
4. "College campuses are gold mines for us."
Students are the customers of the future, and banks are increasingly courting them, often right on campus. More than 120 universities have cut deals with banks to issue student ID cards that are also ATM and check cards. Schools can make millions from these deals, sometimes even taking a small cut of individual purchases.
Students are also a hot market for credit card issuers, and banks will make private deals with alumni associations to get contact information for students, parents and even people buying tickets to university athletic events. Card companies cut deals to set up booths on campus.
5. "In debt? The courts won't help."
Since the late 1990s, banks have been including mandatory-arbitration agreements in their contracts for many of their products, including auto loans, checking accounts, home-equity loans and credit cards. Such agreements prohibit you from suing and instead require you to use an arbitrator -- someone picked by the arbitration firm named in your card contract to hear the dispute and decide the outcome.
A recent suit against an arbitration firm brought by the San Francisco city attorney noted that arbitrators ruled in favor of banks in 100% of the 18,045 California cases brought against consumers from January 2003 through March 2007.

Eddie Murphy, who was originally asked to play the role, gave the green light for Marlon to take the lead.

Police in Indiana have 47-year-old Tony Perkins in custody after they say he purposely tried to spread the HIV virus to 100 women over a period of five years.
Authorities say Perkins used popular dating website PlentyOfFish.com to contact women, wine and dine them before passing along the virus.
His ex-girlfriend who was involved with Perkins and wishes to remain anonymous, turned him in and tells 6News Indiana,
“It's my personal mission to help save lives. God spared me. I've tested negative for a year. My last AIDS test was in February. Maybe I was the angel to stop the anti-Christ. Find out his response why he decided to spread the virus...
She then says that when she asked him why he did it he replied,
“A whore gave it to me, so if a whore wants to sleep with me on the first night, she deserves what she gets.”
Police believe he had unprotected sex with at least 100 women, 10 of which have come forward so far.
Police now say they'll go through his cell phone records to try and notify the other women.
He has been charged with failure of carriers of dangerous communicable diseases to warn persons at risk and intimidation.

"I kind of had a feeling it was going to turn out this way," plaintiff Michael Mineo said. "If you want to commit a murder, join the NYPD."A police officer can sleep a little more soundly now as he was acquitted Monday of accusations that he sodomized a drug suspect in a subway station.
Facing a potential 25 years in prison for aggravated sexual abuse, Officer Richard Kern, was accused by the suspect, Michael Mineo, of violating him with a police baton and shoving it up his rectum multiple times. According to Mineo, he was chased down and assaulted after lighting marijuana on the street.

Along with Kern, Officers Andrew Morales and Alex Cruz could have faced four years in prison on charges of hindering prosecution as they were accused of helping to cover up the assault.
Morales and Cruz also had the charges dropped against them.
After realizing what they had done, Mineo stated that the officers tried to bribe him to stay quiet on the event and let him go.
Occurring back in October 2008, Mineo filed a lawsuit of $440 million against the city.
When asked about his future, Kern stated: "Hopefully get back on the street and do what I love to do: protecting the people of Brooklyn."
Kern, however, plead a different case and stated that he was under the belief that Mineo was emotionally disturbed after he started to go crazy and let him go due to the low priority of marijuana possession for his department.
The case fell onto the credibility and believability of Mineo as he is a self-professed member of the Crips gang and his criminal background is full of arrests. His body language during while on the witness stand showed his agitation, whereas the defense was calm and collected.
Just another case of fighting the law, and the law always prevails.

Sad Story: 13 year Old Girl, Rape Victim Stoned To Death For having Sex!!!

Thousands of people crowded into the local stadium to witness the execution. A hole was dug in the ground, and the girl was buried up to her neck. Then about fifty men started stoning her, throwing rocks at her head, to kill her. After a while, she was dug up, and nurses were called in to verify that she was dead. When they discovered that she was not, the girl was buried again, and the stoning continued.
At some point, it was too much for the crowd, and they stormed down from the stadium bleachers to try to stop the horrifying execution. The military opened fire on the mob, and a young boy was killed by their gunfire. The 50 men finally completed their task; the young girl was dead.
As for the three rapists, they have nothing to fear. No arrests have been made, and apparently there is no expectation that they ever will be brought to justice.
Inmate Released, Carjacks Woman in Jail Parking Lot!!

Frank James Singleton was just released from jail Monday afternoon when police say he decided to break the law again ... inside the jail's parking lot.
At 11:45am, a woman parked her sports car in the jail's visitor’s parking lot when she saw a man running toward her.
She got inside the vehicle when the man, later identified as Frank James Singleton, demanded her car.
Police say he then dragged the victim out of the car and took her keys.
He started the vehicle but could not flee because he did not know how to drive a stick-shift. Find out what made him want to steal a car right after getting out of jail...Plus a video..
A clergyman for Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office saw the incident and ran to help.
The Reverend put his firearm to his side and told Singleton to get on the ground. A deputy came to assist and handcuffed Singleton.
When the deputy asked Frank Singleton what happened, Singleton uttered, "I didn't feel like walking."
Frank Singleton was re-arrested and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail again; this time for a felony charge of carjacking.
