Spanish Teacher Lindsay Garcia-Yazdi Arrested for Sex With Student In A Mini Van!!

Lindsay Garcia-Yazdi, a 33-year-old Spanish teacher at Hastings High School in Houston, was arrested late last month for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old student numerous times in her van.

Investigators believe the relationship started with text messages, e-mails, and Facebook -- but Garcia-Yazdi eventually scrapped technology in favor of good old-fashioned skankitude: The boy claims she picked him up from a friend's home on December 18, then parked her van in a public park while they had sex in the backseat.

They consorted on two other occasions in January, according to the boy. Both times Garcia-Yazdi picked him up at his house and parked on nearby streets while they steamed up the van.

Garcia-Yazdi, who has not appeared in school since her arrest, is charged with two counts of sexual abuse of a child and one count of an improper relationship. The boy was a student in Garcia-Yazdi's class.

If convicted she could earn 2 to 20 years in prison. She will appear in court on March 10.
