The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws had made a poster depicting Barack Obama smoking marijuana or pot as a college freshman.The image is real and was used without the owners permission. The NORML is holding their national conference this week and the posters are selling like hot cakes. The funny thing is we are still buzzing from the Obama joker poster craze that still has not died down.
The director of the organization feels they are legally in good standing.Lisa Jack who took picture and was Obama's class mate in college did not give permission for the pot smoking organization to use. The image depicts Barack tugging on a fat one rolled tight. No word yet on if a law suit is pending.
