5-year-old boy found with throat slashed!!

A five-year-old boy died yesterday morning after a man allegedly invaded his house in Frankfield, Clarendon, and slit his throat as he slept.

According to the police, Evan Spencer's body was found shortly after 2:30 by his father.

The police said Evan's father, who had gone to a nearby shop, returned to see a man running from his house. While checking inside, he discovered his son's lifeless body sprawled in a pool of blood.

"That's all the information that we received. The May Pen Police are investigating the incident," an officer from the Constabulary Communication Network (CCN) told the Observer, yesterday.

Evan's death followed Thursday's gun-slaying of Christina Salmon, also five years old, and the wounding of her nine-year-old sister and father in Glendevon, St James, and added to the list of 19 children who are among the more than 530 persons murdered since the start of the year.

Yesterday, the Government and Opposition, in condemning the incidents, made a concerted call for Jamaicans -- regardless of their political affiliation -- to unite in the fight against crime.

"I cannot fathom how someone can be so animalistic, to cut the throat of a five-year-old child. When are we going to stop shedding the blood of our innocent children, the blood of our babies in this country?" lamented National Security Minister Dwight Nelson, who was guest speaker at the launch of the People's National Party's (PNP) 'Making our Communities Safer, 2010 Project' at the Mico University College in Kingston.

Jamaica need to do something about all these murders.Or maybe the just proud to be the most dangerous country in the world.

Dozens Walk Past Dying Good Samaritan In Queens,NY....Something The Victim's Family Say He Would've Never Done!!

The homeless Good Samaritan who lay dying on a Queens sidewalk while nearly 25 coldhearted pedestrians strolled by would never have acted so callously, his grieving family said today.

"That shouldn’t have happened," said Edwin Tacam, the cousin of slain hero Hugo Alfredo Tale-Yax. "Hugo wouldn’t have done that. It’s not important who it is, if we see someone hurt, we should help, at least call an ambulance. Lend a hand."


Tale-Yax, 32, was fatally stabbed several times in the chest at 5:40 a.m. Sunday while saving a woman from a knife-wielding thug on 144th Street and 88th Road in Jamaica, according to police.

Video footage from a surveillance camera shows dozens of passers-by walk past him as he lay on the ground.

One indifferent stroller snapped a photo of the victim on his cellphone. Another even lifted an unresponsive Tale-Yax, saw a pool of blood below his body and then walked off. Firefighters didn’t receive a 911 call until 7:23 a.m.

Police Not Allow To Have Their Penis Enlarge In Indonesia!!

If you’ve gotten your junk enlarged, then there is at least one place where your crime fighting skills won’t be appreciated. Men in Indonesia’s Papua region are not permitted to have had penis enlargement measures taken if they want to be on the police force. According to one local website, applicants to Papua’s police department will be asked if their nether region has been enlarged when they apply for a job. Spokesperson Zainuri Lubis says that the police need to know this information because an enlarged member could cause problems and hinder the applicant during their job training. Come on, how much damage could a few extra inches really cause?

Penis enlargement is apparently quite the rage over in Indonesia. But they aren’t exactly using pumps or other traditional methods over there — they’re going old school. Natives use leaves from the gatal-gatal (or itchy) tree so that their member swells up, similar to what would happen if a bee stung it.

Ok, that doesn’t sound pleasant at all. I think I’d rather be the little guy fighting crime than the one with a scary looking, bee-stung schlong.

Mom and two sons busted for growing pot in their home!!

Gardening is a common family activity, but most people grow things like carrots and tomatoes.

That's not the case in Palm Bay, where police said a woman and her two teenage sons were involved in growing and using marijuana, reports the Orlando Sentinel.

Drug agents served a search warrant at the home after receiving a tip that children there might be selling marijuana.

Plants were found growing in the 14-year-old's room, Martinez said. Agents seized nine small plants as well as paraphernalia that included scales and plastic bags, she said.

In January, the 14-year-old was expelled from Southwest Middle School after being caught with marijuana on school grounds, Palm Bay police spokeswoman Yvonne Martinez said.

June Marie Kellner, 42, is accused of possessing drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Her 14-year-old son faces a felony charge of cultivating marijuana, while a 16-year-old son faces a misdemeanor charge of possessing drug paraphernalia.

Sounds like this family is going to pot.

WTF:Granny in jail after disciplining granddaughter!?!?!

Theresa Collier is a 73-year-old grandmother. She says she's never been in trouble in her entire life- -- until now.

This Largo grandmother found herself behind bars in the Pinellas County Jail after slapping her granddaughter for swearing at her, reports 10Connects.com.

Her grandaughter, Felicia, 18, got kicked out of a Catholic school in Massachusetts.

She said F-off to a nun! I would just crawl into a hole," explains Grandma Collier.

Grandma invited her newly-turned 18-year-old granddaughter to her house so she could use her computer to do homework. She's enrolled in an online program to complete her high school education.

Felicia didn't want to obey commands to complete her homework.

Things got nasty.

"She kept repeating the F-word to me, about the whole family. She just went on and on and I just got so upset, I got up and slapped her across the face," she told 10 Connects, "She grabbed my wrists and I couldn't get out of it and she let one go and she punched me in the cheek here."

Then Felicia called the cops.

Legally speaking, 18-year-old Felicia is not a child. You can't discipline her with a slap. Under the law, a battery was committed.

Granny got arrested.

"I went to medical, they take my blood pressure, it was sky high and he says, my God! And I said, 'Can you blame my blood pressure?' " said Granny Collier.

"I think it's ridiculous. We're hurt so bad, I'm so scared she's going to have a heart attack or a stroke over this. She doesn't sleep, she bursts into tears and I'm almost doing it now," said Grandpa Walter Collier.

Murder defendant cuts, smears self with feces before hearing!!

A man in a holding cell awaiting a judge's ruling in his competency hearing Friday cut his arm with a razor and smeared his own feces on himself, according to officials.

Brian K. Hubbard, 25, has been charged with capital first-degree murder with a firearm, attempted first-degree murder with a firearm and home invasion robbery while armed.

Hubbard is the last of five co-defendants awaiting trial in connection to an April 2006 home invasion in Marion Oaks that left 17-year-old Kindrell Stocker dead and another man, Eddie Hamilton, wounded.

Friday's hearing was to determine whether or not Hubbard is competent to stand trial. The State Attorney's Office planned to introduce the conclusions of two doctors who had examined the defendant for mental competency.

Prosecutor Rock Hooker and Hubbard's appointed defense attorney, J. Edwin Mills of Orlando, were sitting in the courtroom, awaiting the start of the hearing, when a bailiff came in to announce the turn of events.

Circuit Judge Willard Pope had not yet taken the bench.

Sheriff's officials say when they went to get Hubbard from a holding cell, he was sitting on the floor holding a broken piece of razor blade from a disposable shaver. Authorities say he had a cut on his arm.

Hubbard handed the razor blade to a deputy.

Officials say there was feces on the wall and floor, and that some of fecal matter was on his face. Deputies say Hubbard was the only one in the holding area at the time.

Hubbard told them the reason he cut himself was because he heard voices in his head.

KAT STACKS TO BE DEPORTED AND GET A VH1 REALITY SHOW?!

Sooooo about a year ago Kat Stacks was arrested and today she was being processed in Cali. Now, I am hearing a few things so let me run it down for you. First of all, I am being told that she is knocked for prostitution, but that may not be the case. As you know, Kat Stacks openly admits to taking money in exchange for her ample body. And she brags about it. And rappers pay. Must be good flirting with death. Anyway, during her processing it was allegedly discovered that Kat Stacks is in this country illegally and is really from Venezuela. Her name is Andrea Herrera and told officials that she’s about to have a show on VH1 and some other ventures. Apparently, they believed her in some way, because they let her slide and took off her ankle bracelet.

But her initial charges were from her holding concealed weapon and some sort of Grand Theft. Lastly, Kat Stacks apparently overstayed her Visa. She may be deported. We’ll see, eh?

She had to deal heavily with Immigration and Customs. From what I understand, her court hearing is on the 27th of next month and she was going to be put on house arrest. They decided against it AND she REALLY IS WORKING ON A VH1 SHOW! They somehow verified this. She brought the paperwork and contracts in the office to show proof. My sources don’t think they are going to allow Kat to stay in the U.S. though, but that’s just his opinion.

Student's cell phone catches a gym teacher stealing!!!!(video included)

For years North Marion High students in Ocala had complained someone was stealing out of their lockers.

A student set a trap to catch the thief -- he put his cell phone in one of the lockers in an otherwise empty locker room.

The trap worked: the phone videotaped a veteran teacher going through student lockers.

About 20 minutes after students showed the phone recording to a school resource officer, Steven Simmons, the school gym teacher, was arrested.

Simmons, 49, admitted to stealing for years, taking some $400 so far this year, reports AP.

A school resource officer said the 24 minutes and 32 seconds long video showed Simmons enter one locker and search a pair of pants. He was also seen going into several lockers while the students were in the gym, reports Ocala.com

Simmons resigned on Friday morning.

Why Is Twitter More Popular With Black People Than White People?!

New data confirms that Twitter's population is disproportionately black.

According to Edison Research's annual report on Twitter, black people represent 25% of Twitter users, roughly twice their share of the population in general.

Why is this? A few ideas:

* Black people (and Hispanics) are much more likely to access the Internet from mobile devices. Twitter is well-suited to mobile use, and its users are more engaged with the mobile Internet than the general population by a wide margin.
* More black than white celebrities are active Twitter users; Shaquille O'Neal, Oprah, 50 Cent, and P Diddy are all among the most followed accounts on Twitter. That's great publicity for Twitter, and could be helping Twitter become more mainstream among black people.
* The median age for black Americans (according to the 2000 census) is 30 years old, a full seven years younger than for white Americans. Black people therefore make up a relatively higher percentage of the population within the most relevant age groups -- Twitter is most popular amongst 25-34 year-olds.
