Last Sunday Manatee County Sheriff's deputies investigating a domestic dispute between Amy Marie Hager, 33, and her husband at the couple’s home, reports the Bradenton Herald.
Deputies determined Hager to be the aggressor in the situation. As they began to arrest her she became hostile and resisted, according to the sheriff’s report.
As deputies switched her from handcuffs to leg shackles before putting her in a jail transport, she “violently jerked away,” according to the report.
A deputy pinned Hager against the rear of a transport van, and she told deputies that she had defecated in her pants.
Then things went further south.
As deputies tried to put Hager in the van, she “turned and grabbed fecal matter from her shorts and threw it,” hitting a deputy on the thigh, reports the Bradenton Herald.
“Damn, I only hit one of you,” she then said, according to the report.
She is being held in the Manatee County jail without bail -- and no crapshot of getting out any time soon.
