Michael Vick's Brother Sentenced To 20 Days In The Penhouse!!!

|

Marcus Vick was sentenced to 20 days in jail on Thursday after a judge in Norfolk ruled that he had fulfilled none of the requirements of his probation from an arrest last fall. The 25-year-old Vick, who played quarterback at Warwick High School and Virginia Tech before his NFL career fizzled, was released on bond after his attorney announced plans to appeal the sentence. Vick, the younger brother of embattled NFL star Michael Vick, was convicted last October for driving under the influence, eluding a police officer, and driving on the wrong side of a divided highway. His 12-month prison sentence was suspended, with the provisions that he pay court costs, complete the Alcohol Safety Action Program and stay away from drugs and alcohol.

Subsequently, Vick tested positive for marijuana at a screening, failed to complete the counseling program and did not pay court costs until Thursday. Attorney Lawrence Woodward says Vick admitted in court that he would likely test positive for marijuana use again if tested, according to The Associated Press. A date for the case to next be handled in Norfolk Circuit Court has not yet been set.
