26-year old MMA fighter, Jarrod Wyatt, ripped his 21-year old friend's still beating heart from his chest as well as his eye after ingesting a hefty dose of what appears to be mushroom tea. Apparently the blood was so immense, that the entire house was made into a crime scene.

The man, Justin Davis, had been there earlier in the day and saw Wyatt (the killer) acting strangely after drinking “some kind of mushroom tea,” according to the statement. Davis left for Crescent City, but returned later to pick up his dog. Davis arrived to find Wyatt standing in the living room naked and covered with blood, according to the statement. Wyatt told Davis, according to the statement, that he was going to cut out Powell's heart. Davis went to a nearby pay phone to call law enforcement.

A deputy arrived at the residence and reportedly saw Wyatt on the couch with Powell's body, which was covered in blood and had most of its face removed. A large incision in the chest could be seen, and other unspecified body parts had been removed. An eyeball was resting in the middle of the room, according to the statement.

Wyatt allegedly told the deputy that he'd cut Powell's heart out and thrown it into the fire.

Powell's death certificate reads that he died from having his heart removed while he was still alive, causing him to bleed to death. It also lists as significant blunt force trauma to the head and neck, and compression of the neck.

What appeared to be wild mushrooms were in the kitchen, the deputy reported. The deputy also discovered a marijuana garden in the house when he went to search for additional victims, the statement reads.

Alleged rapist files charges against victim in Sweden on HIV infection grounds!!

Helsingborgs Dagblad, a Swedish newspaper, reported Monday that a man who has been arrested for sexual assault, has now pressed charges against the woman, whom he allegedly attacked, for not disclosing that she had HIV.

The incident happened in Helsingborg where the woman and the man took a taxi together. The man supposedly lured the woman up to his apartment stating that he was going to give her money for the taxi fare, and it is there that the incident is alleged to have happened.

The woman claims that he then forced her to have intercourse and participate in other sexual activities. She has explained that she begged him to use a condom, but to no avail. It was only when she told him that she had children waiting at home, that he let her go.

The man, on the other hand, told the police that he had paid her 3,512 Swedish krona (US$483) as he believed her to be a prostitute and that he was both sexually excited and drunk. He told the police that the reason she pressed charges against him was that she wanted to save herself.

It is not confirmed whether the man has been infected.

Sexual assault in Sweden is punishable by a minimum of two years in prison.

Fish With Human Teeth Caught in Russia!!!

Fisherman Valery from Russia’s Southern Urals was catching fish in a small lake about 40 kilometers far from the city of Chelyabinsk. The man was fishing sitting in his boat. It was a very quiet morning, and the man was very sleepy. All of a sudden, he saw a fish net in the bulrushes.

Valery decided to pull the net out of the water. There was several dead fish in it, but one of them, which was quite large in size, was alive. The shape of its body and head was very unusual. The man tried to get the fish out of the net, but was horrified to see that the fish had a row of white strong teeth in its mouth. The teeth of the fish bore a striking resemblance to those of a human being.

The man left his catch on the lakeside and hurried to return home. He came back the next day – the fish was dead. He decided to bring the fish home and show it to his friends.

The fisherman placed the weird fish under a thick layer of salt to dry the creature out.

“I hope it will attract scientists’ attention before it finally decomposes,” he said.

Local ichthyologists said that it was most likely a bigmouth buffalo, also known as Ictiobus. This species used to be cultivated in the region during the 1980s. However, when specialists saw pictures of the fish, they could only shrug their shoulders.

A similar fish with human-like teeth was caught not so long ago in Texas. The catch weighed 6.5 kilos. Scientists said that it was a pacu, a piranha, which normally inhabits South America.

Russian ichthyologists believe that the caught fish does not represent a mutation. Such a mutation would take hundreds of years. However, they have no other explanation for this strange phenomenon.

Giant 13-Year-Old Boy Suffocates After Watching TV Show About Himself !!

Sasha Pekhtelev, a 13-year-old boy weighing 180 kilos (396.8 lbs), was delivered to a hospital in the city of Volgograd on Friday afternoon. The boy began to suffocate and had swollen legs: he could not get up from his bed for seven days.

Paramedics had to call a rescue squad to help them take the boy out of the apartment building. Sasha was hospitalized to the intensive care unit of the city’s children’s hospital.

The boy has Prader Willi Syndrome (PWS) - a rare genetic disorder. Doctors also believe that the boy most likely has diabetes.

The boy’s grandmother, Vera Konovalova, said that the boy’s health worsened after “Let Them Talk” talk show on TV, which was devoted to him.

“Sasha is a clever boy. He started crying when he was watching the show because the woman in the TV was lying, as he said. We often go out, his teacher visits him all the time, but they said on the show that the boy was not going anywhere out. They also said there that he does not have any friends and no one takes care of him. This is not true,” the woman said.

Medics have a different opinion.

“Sasha Pehtelev currently stays in the intensive care unit of the hospital because there is no bed in the entire building that would suit a person with his weight. He is in a stable condition. The child with such a diagnosis and such weight is supposed to be observed regularly. However, he received medical aid for the first time only when he was hospitalized with furuncle inflammation last year. In addition, I think his grandmother showed negative influence on him after the talk show because she was represented in the show negatively,” doctor Klavdia Nikitenko said.

The story about the 180-kilo boy surfaced in October of this year, when the boy was hospitalized for the first time. It was reported that the boy had no friends and had been staying indoors for several years. Agencies said that the boy was living only with his grandmother and grandfather.

When doctors arrived, they had to call a rescue team for help. Five strong men were taking the boy down the stairs outside.

College students arrested for not paying tip!!!

It was a night out that college students Leslie Pope and John Wagner will long remember. Not only did they get awful service, they got handcuffed and arrested.

All over a $16.35 tip.

They were with a few friends at the Lehigh Pub in Bethlehem last month. The Pub required 18 percent tip onto the bill of about $73, according to reports.

Pope and Wagner refused to pay.

"You can't give us terrible, terrible service and expect a tip," said Pope, a 22-year-old Moravian College senior who's a Pottsville native, according to the Lehigh Valley Express-Times.

They had to find their own napkins and cutlery while their waitress caught a smoke, had to ask the bar for soda refills, and had to wait over an hour for salad and wings.

The pub, which was very busy that night, took the $73, but then called the cops, who treated the matter as a theft. The menu clearly states, "18 percent gratuity added to check of parties of 6 of more," and a similar message is printed on receipts, a pub employee said this morning.

A court date is scheduled for next month.

What would they do if it happened again? a reporter asked. "Honestly, probably gonna pay the tip anyway," said Pope, prompting Wagner, 24, a Lehigh University grad student, to laugh.

Officer arrested for pulling motorists over, charged ‘roadside fee’!!

The Bradford County Sheriff's Office has arrested a member of the Lawtey Police Department.

Kenyatta Sheffield, a part-time officer, is accused of offering to let speeders pay fines in cash while he had them pulled over, reports First Coast News.

The little town has a reputation for being a speed trap, it is now getting a worse name.

Sheffield called it a "roadside fee."

Police said they got the tip on the alleged scam when he pulled a woman over three weeks ago. "She was told she could pay a roadside fee of $191. In doing so it would eliminate the point on her driver's license," Lawtey Police Capt. Shane Bennett said.

The girl didn't have the cash, so she called a friend for help. That friend knew something was fishy and called the cops.

Sheffield went as far as escorting another women to an ATM to get cash.

He then voided the tickets, obliterating all identifying information, such as tag numbers, reports First Coast News.

Police said Sheffield wrote about 350 tickets over the last couple of months.

Mom sues strip club after her 16-year-old daughter is hired as a dancer!!

A Tampa Bay area mom is furious after her daughter was hired as a nude dancer at the Emperors Gentleman's Club in Tampa.

Her daughter is 16-years-old.

The mom is so angry that she filed a lawsuit against the club for violating her daughter by having her dance fully naked in front of older men, reports Tampa Bay's 10Connects.com.

The lawsuit stems from a 2009 Statute which states, "any minor used in the production of child pornography may bring legal action." In this case, the 16-year-old was allegedly taped in the club and featured in a men's magazine called Night Moves. She is seen in the ad promoting the club, reports 10Connects.com.

The club has 20 days from May 18th to file a written response to these allegations.

The question still remains -- how did the teen get hired in the first place?

Tampa attorney Joseph Bryant, who filed the suit on behalf of the teen's mom, says the 16-year-old provided the club with a driver's license of a 27-year-old woman.

Sheriff Allegedly Dealt Drugs From Police SUV!!!

Former Lee County, South Carolina, Sheriff E.J. Melvin was, according to the FBI, dealing drugs from a police SUV. Additionally, he would work with local drug dealers to inform them whenever authorities sent him a list of drug dealers in the area. The information would be sold to the dealers, and the sheriff would then have the dealers removed from the list.

That is part of the list of allegations against Melvin. The FBI claims that it taped Melvin stating that he would arrange to pull over a drug dealer on a routine traffic stop. Melvin then planned to take some of the cocaine in the dealer's possession for himself, while putting the rest in to evidence. Melvin was arrested this week.Melvin resigned from office on the day of his arrest, and the governor will appoint an interim sheriff. He and six others were charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute five kilograms of powder cocaine and 50 grams or more of crack cocaine. If convicted, Melvin faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years in prison and may get up to a life sentence.

Melvin's family and friends maintain his innocence.

"I don't believe for one second that he did those things," Melvin's brother Edward said.

Melvin, known as "Big Dog," was allegedly recorded by the FBI on 17 different phone conversations. One witness said, in a sworn statement, that a local drug dealer told him that, "If it wasn't for E.J., I wouldn't be doing the things that I do."

If the allegations against Melvin are true, then we can only hope that he gets the maximum penalty allowed under the law. Police are given a special set of privileges and public trust that are unavailable to the rest of us, so they have an extraordinary obligation to use this authority with integrity. If Melvin is indeed guilty of these charges, then he has failed his fellow citizens in a terrible way.

The community in Lee County should be outraged as well. A law enforcement officer should not be allowed to terrorize the community, thus creating an environment of lawlessness where even those you call for help might actually be there to harm you. White, black or any other race, the actions of Melvin (assuming he is guilty) are an insult to good law enforcement officers everywhere.

OMG: Update Gary Coleman Just Pass Away!!

Gary Coleman was hospitalized on Wednesday afternoon in Utah after he fell and fucked up his head. Since Gary seems to always bounce back quickly, I figured it was only a matter of time before he was throwing printers at his wife and kicking nosy fans in the ankles. But unfortunately, shit has gone from serious to serious serious. Gary's manager tells E! News that he is currently in a coma and on life support. This just makes me want to scream for MRS. GARRETT!!!

Gary's manager gave the bad news in a statement released this morning: "As of mid-morning on May 27, Mr. Coleman was conscious and lucid. By early afternoon, Mr. Coleman was slipping in and out of consciousness and his condition worsened. We are saddened to announce that since mid-afternoon, Mountain Time, on May 27, 2010, Mr. Coleman has been unconscious and on life support. At this critical moment, we can only ask for your thoughts and prayers for Gary to make a speedy and full recovery."

Waitress Fired for Griping About Tip on Facebook!!

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- A North Carolina waitress is out of a job after griping on her Facebook page about the $5 tip she got from a couple who sat at their table for three hours. The waitress says the customers kept her at work an hour after she was supposed to clock out.

The Charlotte Observer reported Monday that 22-year-old Ashley Johnson felt slighted after waiting on the couple at Brixx Pizza.

So she blasted the couple on Facebook, calling them cheap and mentioning the restaurant by name.

Brixx officials told Johnson a couple of days later that she was being fired because she violated a company policy banning workers from speaking disparagingly about customers and casting the restaurant in a bad light on a social network.

Johnson says she has apologized to Brixx and is looking for a new job.

Doctor Raymond Adamcik will take part in a diversion program for first time offenders, which includes community service, fines and random alcohol and drug testing, reports Orlando's WFTV News.

To refresh your memory: Raymond Adamcik, 55, was charged with misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct, resisting an officer without violence and marijuana possession in connection with the 2007 incident at the On Tap Sports Cafe and Lounge in Melbourne.

Police say he groped the woman and knocked her boyfriend to the floor during a costume party at the bar.

Motorists driving along the Palmetto Expressway in Miami-Dade County on Tuesday were greeted with an anti-immigrant message on a digital message board in a construction sign.

Someone had hacked into the sign and reprogrammed it to flash "NO LATINOS'' and ‘‘NO TACOS," reports The Miami Herald.

Crews returned the sign to its intended message, warning motorists of road closures.

A construction crew was on-site, as well as three Florida Highway Patrol officers and a Miami-Dade service aide. However, none had a view of the sign when it was hacked.

The FHP is investigating.

FHP Lt. Alex Annunziato said the culprits were "probably just a bunch of kids playing a prank."

Disgusting:16 Year Old Arrested For Raping 83 Year Old!!

A teenager who police say broke into a north Charlotte home and raped an 83-year-old woman Wednesday night was arrested after police were called about a break-in around the corner 16 hours later.

Robert Lamar McFadden, 16, was in Mecklenburg Jail Thursday night charged with rape, kidnapping, two counts of breaking and entering and one count of breaking into a car.

The 83-year-old called police around 10 p.m. Wednesday and said the teen forced her inside her apartment and raped her.

She lives in northern Charlotte, west of North Graham Street and north of Interstate 85.

News of the assault quickly spread through the small community, frightening residents.

“I was sad. I had to cry about that because what was done to her, it wasn’t meant to be,” Mary White told WCNC-TV, the Observer’s news partner.

Sex assault investigators worked through the night to find the assailant. Around 2:30 p.m. Thursday, officers received a second call about a break-in in progress in the same community, said spokeswoman Officer Rosalyn Harrington.

The break-in happened around the corner from the site of the first crime.

Officers called in the police helicopter and search dogs to try to locate the suspect.

McFadden, who has a prior criminal record, was arrested after a short foot chase.

Before Thursday, he was awaiting trial on false imprisonment and simple assault charges from March, according to a search of N.C. criminal records. Earlier this year he was also found guilty of stealing a car.

He’s not listed in the N.C. sex offender registry.

KINGSTON (AFP) – Jamaican authorities said Sunday they were putting Kingston and surrounding areas under a state of emergency as police fought armed gangs trying to stop the arrest of a reputed gang leader sought for possible extradition to the United States.

A police officer and a civilian were wounded by gunfire in street clashes and three police stations came under attack in the city, police said. One police station was set on fire after police abandoned it having run out of bullets, they added.

Prime Minister Bruce Golding held an emergency meeting with his cabinet Sunday and issued a State of Emergency for Kingston and St. Andrew, set to take effect at 6:00 pm (2300 GMT) in this Caribbean nation of about 2.8 million.

The government said the state of emergency will last for at least a month.

A video of a four-year-old Indonesian boy blowing smoke rings appeared briefly on YouTube in March, prompting outrage before it was removed from the site.

Child advocates are speaking out about the health damage to children from second-hand smoke, and the growing pressure on them to smoke in a country where one-third of the population uses tobacco and single cigarettes can be bought for a few cents.

It's a priest versus Jehovah's Witnesses after a FW altercation

It appears to be a battle of faiths after a priest of a small Catholic church and a Jehovah's Witness got into an altercation in Fort Worth.

The Jehovah's Witness has accused Father John Parnell, a priest at the St. Augustine Mexican Catholic Church in Fort Worth, of assaulting him after he knocked on Parnell's door. However, Parnell said it was he who was attacked.

"So, the man comes in and tells my daughter right off, he says, 'You are going to be burned into the eternal fires of Gehenna if you don't listen to what I say,'" Parnell said.

The priest said that was the match that lit the fuse. He said he is tired of Jehovah's Witnesses coming into the St. Augustine church, which is not affiliated with the Fort Worth Diocese.

He said Jehovah's Witnesses came into the church on Easter Sunday during Mass.

"They walked right in and started handing out literature while people are sitting on the pews," Parnell said.

When Jehovah's Witnesses recently came to his door, Parnell said he attempted to escort them out after one of the men allegedly knocked his Bible to the floor.

"He said, 'This place is teaching lies and I am here to bring you the truth,'" he said.

Parnell said the men then dragged him down the street and beat him.

However, according to a police report, Parnell is the suspect in the altercation.

"The next thing you know, there was a haymaker that came out of left field there and went down the side of his face," said Harry Dwinell, a witness, of allegedly seeing the priest hit the Jehovah's Witness.

Dwinell, who called police, said he saw the whole incident from the first punch.

Man calls 911 after hooker fails to deliver in fast food bathroom!!

Meet William Ferris. The Ohio man yesterday paid a prostitute $50 with the understanding that he would receive a full menu of sexual services in the bathroom of a White Castle in Cincinnati. However, when the hooker only performed oral sex on him, Ferris--who was also expecting vaginal sex--contacted police to report that he had just been robbed. When Hamilton County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to Ferris's 911 call, his "story began to fall apart," according to an arrest report. Ferris admitted that he was not, in fact, robbed by his unidentified paid date. In an interview, a frustrated Ferris told newspitter that he expected "all of it for $50," but just got "kissing and sucking" during the 20-minute bathroom encounter. He added that the hooker picked the White Castle for their assignation since its bathroom locked (and not because of the eatery's tasty belly bombers). The unemployed Ferris, charged with solicitation and making a false police report, was scheduled to be arraigned today on the misdemeanor counts. He told newspitter that he will be charged with trespassing if he returns to the White Castle on Harrison Avenue.

Senator Suing God For Terroristic Threats!?!?!?!?!?

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) --State Sen. Ernie Chambers says his lawsuit against God might seem funny but that doesn't mean it doesn't have a serious point.

Chambers asked Douglas County District Judge Marlon Polk on Tuesday to let his lawsuit proceed. Chambers said he wants to make the point that everyone should have access to the courts regardless of whether they are poor or have the means of billionaire Warren Buffett of Omaha.

"What brought me to the point of filing this lawsuit was the ill-advised attempts by certain legislators to prevent the filing of certain lawsuits," Chambers said.

Polk said he would consider the issue and rule later.

Chambers acknowledges using wit and humor in the lawsuit he filed last September seeking a permanent injunction against God. Chambers said God has made terroristic threats against the senator and his constituents in Omaha, inspired fear and caused "widespread death, destruction and terrorization of millions upon millions of the Earth's inhabitants."

The court told Chambers last week that his lawsuit may be dismissed because he had failed to serve notice on God. Chambers acknowledged that failure in court Tuesday while sitting a few feet away from an empty table reserved for God and God's attorney.

"Despite my most sincere, zealous efforts, I could not find a location to serve the defendant," Chambers said.

But Chambers asked Polk to take official notice of God, and the Almighty's omniscience and omnipresence.

Chambers argued that courts and the U.S. government already routinely take notice of God. Courts swear in witnesses with an oath that includes the phrase "so help me God." Plus, the pledge of allegiance describes "one nation, under God," and U.S. currency proclaims "In God We Trust."

And the senator said that if the court recognizes God, the deity wouldn't need formal notice of the lawsuit because he knows everything. And God would be at every hearing because he's everywhere always.

A senator for 38 years, Chambers skips morning prayers during the legislative session and often criticizes Christians. He is being pushed out of the Legislature by term limits.

Chambers said he appreciates the difficult position Judge Polk is in because of the unique nature of the case, but he hopes the lawsuit will be allowed to proceed.

"Your honor, I do not envy your position," Chambers said.

3-Year-Old Seeks To Become World’s Youngest Tattoo Artist!!

Ruby Dickinson is a 3-year-old on a mission. This little girl isn’t down with playing with dolls or having tea parties. She’s too busy going for the honor of being the world’s youngest tattoo artist. The plan is to have little Ruby scribble a spider, the size of a coin, on her dad’s leg. Her dad, Blane Dickinson, is a tattoo artist himself, and is pretty stoked about his daughter’s interest in tatting it up:

I’m not a pushy parent, but she’s been in a tattooing environment since she was born and it’s a part of her life. This will set her off on a fantastic career, and a tattoo machine is a lot cheaper than university fees.

Good point sir! But just keep that in mind if Ruby decides to get a little needle happy and opts for a small mural of scribbles instead of a subtle spider.

Transient charged with robbery, pulling down woman's bikini bottom at beach resort!!!

The guards at the Don CeSar Beach resort in St. Petersburg Beach could see a man meandering around the hotel in surveillance footage, but could not find him.

Later, posing as a hotel employee, the man, later identified as Travis Emmett Wiley, knocked on a married couple's door, reports the St. Petersburg Times.

He hit the wife with the door and tried leaving with a suitcase and backpack containing credit cards, cell phone and laptop, but her husband stopped him. After a struggle, Wiley managed to get away with some of the items, according to an arrest report.

As Wiley ran from hotel security on the beach, a bikini-clad woman sleeping facedown on the sand and wearing headphones caught his eye.

Police say Wiley approached her from behind, pulled down her swimsuit and fondled her with his hand.

"I'm Jesus," he said, according to an arrest affidavit.

The hotel's general manager said the couple are okay and got their belongings back, too.

Wiley has been charged so far with13 offenses and remains in Pinellas County jail in lieu of $212,000 bail.

Church Plans to Burn Bibles, Christian Books!!!

CANTON, N.C. (AP) -- A North Carolina pastor says his church plans to burn Bibles and books by Christian authors on Halloween to light a fire under true believers.

Pastor Marc Grizzard told Asheville TV station WLOS that the King James version of the Bible is the only one his small western North Carolina church follows. He says all other versions, such as the Living Bible, are "satanic" and "perversions" of God's word.

On Halloween night, Grizzard and the 14 members of the Amazing Grace Baptist Church also will burn music and books by Christian authors, such as Billy Graham and Rick Warren.

Telephone calls to the Amazing Grace Baptist Church and Grizzard's home were not immediately returned Wednesday.

Suspect arrested after chase wearing underwear!!

Dominique Aaron, 24, was parked at about 2:15 a.m. Sunday when a Daytona Beach police officer directed her spotlight on his white Mustang.

His reaction: he sped out of the parking space, striking a fire hydrant and refused to stop, as directed by the officer. Aaron also cursed her off, and put his car in reverse, pinning her against her patrol car, reports the Orlando Sentinel.

A chase involving other officers followed, with Aaron reaching speeds of about 100 miles per hour and blowing through stop signs, police said.

After he crashed into a chain-link fence, he abandoned the car and fled on foot. Aaron stripped off his shirt, which was later found to have marijuana in the pocket, police said.

When the cops finally caught up with Aaron, he came out from a backyard wearing only his boxer shorts.

Police said they found about 8.5 grams of suspected crack cocaine in the suspect's car.
