Man Finds Weed Growing in His Backyard and it's not His!!!

A man in Moscow, Idaho, alerted police to the fact there were about 28 marijuana seedlings growing in his backyard. Wait! Let’s stop right there for a second. You find weed that you didn’t even plant or purchase in your yard and the first thing that pops into your mind to do is call the police? What!

Ok, shock aside and moving on…Assistant Police Chief David Duke said that once notified, the police removed the weed from this guy’s backyard and are planning on destroying it. Since this all just seems to be one big coincidence, the yard owner is not being charged with anything.
We’d like to charge his ass with stupidity for giving up a certifiable gold mine in his backyard.
