More problems for a 29 year old with 21 kids and counting!!

"The Tennessee man who made headlines this week over his struggles to pay child support for the 21 kids he has fathered with about a dozen women may soon find it even more difficult to pay for his brood. That's because Desmond Hatchett, 29, could be headed to prison for violating terms of a probation sentence handed down following a 2008 felony conviction. Hatchett, pictured in the mug shot at right, was arrested in late-2007 in Knoxville on aggravated assault and armed robbery charges after he allegedly pistol-whipped, shot, and robbed a man. He pleaded guilty last year to the assault count and, after spending about six months in jail, was placed on "enhanced probation" until March 2014. Last month, a probation revocation notice was lodged against Hatchett, who was charged with twice driving with a suspended license, violating his curfew on nine occasions, and failing to pay court-ordered probation fees. Hatchett is scheduled for a July 30 hearing on the revocation matter. Hatchett, whose criminal history runs 14 pages (one for every baby mama), was arrested last November on a domestic violence charge. While that bust triggered an earlier probation filing, both the criminal case and the revocation move were subsequently dismissed after the alleged victim declined to cooperate with authorities. Hatchett's oldest child is 11 and he is the father of two newborn babies. The earliest entry on his rap sheet is for statutory rape and rape of a child, charges for which he was acquitted at trial".

"Amherst police continue searching for a possible suspect in connection with killing Sunday night. Authorities say the hunt is on for 24-year-old Andre Ridgeway. Investigators want to speak to him regarding the shooting death of 21-year-old Jesse Garnett in an apartment on Yale Avenue. Authorities say Garnett was shot about 9:30 Sunday night and died a short time later at Erie County Medical Center. Police are urging anyone with information on Ridgeway's whereabouts to call authorities. However, cops say he should be considered armed and dangerous. Investigators are still trying to piece together the alleged incident but say they do not believe it was a random attack".

Stopping driver's license fraud is no laughing matter: Four states are ordering people to wipe the grins off their faces in their license photos. "Neutral facial expressions" are required at departments of motor vehicles (DMVs) in Arkansas, Indiana, Nevada and Virginia. That means you can't smile, or smile very much. Other states may follow. The serious poses are urged by DMVs that have installed high-tech software that compares a new license photo with others that have already been shot. When a new photo seems to match an existing one, the software sends alarms that someone may be trying to assume another driver's identity. But there's a wrinkle in the technology: a person's grin. Face-recognition software can fail to match two photos of the same person if facial expressions differ in each photo, says Carnegie Mellon University robotics professor Takeo Kanade. Dull expressions "make the comparison process more accurate," says Karen Chappell, deputy commissioner of the Virginia DMV, whose no-smile policy took effect in March. Elaine Mullen of Great Falls, Va., bristled at the policy while renewing her license until she heard the reasoning. "It's probably safer from a national-security point of view," she says. Arkansas, Indiana and Nevada allow slight smiles. "You just can't grin really large," Arkansas driver services chief Tonie Shields says. A total of 31 states do computerized matching of driver's license photos and three others are considering it, says the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators. But hers is a rare accomplishment. Not once in 13 years was Stefanie marked absent: not for a cold, a family vacation, a college visit or a senior skip day. She has never broken a bone, thrown up or caught the flu or even a bad cough, she said. He was headed to Virginia by car to begin two months of home confinement at his five-bedroom house in Hampton before a scheduled released from federal custody on July 20. He was accompanied by his fiance, Kijafa Frink, and they are traveling back to Virginia with several members of a security team arranged for by Vick’s team of lawyers and advisers, person familiar with the plans told The Associated Press on condition of anonymity. Ultimately, Vick’s goal is to rehabilitate his image and return to the NFL, but Woodward said his first priority “is spending time with his children and his loved ones.” Vick, once the NFL’s highest-paid player, is scheduled to report to a probation officer Friday in Norfolk, Woodward said. He will be allowed to leave the house to work a $10-an-hour job as a laborer for a construction company and for other limited purposes approved by his probation officer. He will be handed a new set of rules when he begins serving three years of probation after he is released. Now that he has served his time, the media needs to leave him alone and let him play football and earn a living just like any citizen in America. MAGETAN, Indonesia – An Indonesian military plane carrying troops and their families crashed into a row of houses and burst into flames Wednesday, killing at least 98 people, the latest in a string of accidents plaguing the beleaguered air force. Black smoke billowed in the air as soldiers carried the injured past the burning wreckage of the C-130 Hercules its tail resting upside down in a rice paddy and the rest of the charred fuselage scattered over several hundred yards (meters). It was not clear what caused the crash, but several witnesses described seeing its right wing fall off while it was still in the air. The plane was carrying at least 109 passengers and crew, including troops and their families, when it went down in Geplak, a village 325 miles (520 kilometers) east of the capital, Jakarta. At least 10 children were among them. At least 98 people were killed, including two on the ground, and 15 others were injured, said Bambang Samudro, chief of the military air base in Magetan. Many of the injured suffered severe burns.

A federal agent named Antony Jung testified under oath that rapper Torrence “Lil Boosie’’ Hatch put a $30,000 bounty on Jackson’s head. And that Lil Boosie’s bounty may have been the cause of Nussie’s death.

My Question To Lil Boosie is IF he was the cause, He better start chasing T.I's footsteps, well in this case not to SNITCH and start doing community service for a reduced prison term. IF all fails What the heck he can also snitch and get 2 months like T.I lol.

First Black Female RABBI

Alysa Stanton, who will be ordained on June 6 at Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in Cincinnati, will also become the first rabbi to lead a majority White congregation.

Police Report:

An Atlanta rapper was fatally shot at the Beverly Center on Monday afternoon, causing mall diners to dive for cover and sparking a police dragnet for suspects.

The shooting occurred around 3:10 p.m. in the parking structure of the popular Westside mall. Dolla, a rapper whose real name is Roderick Anthony Burton II, was shot in the head while he and another rapper, D.J. Shabbazz, were waiting in the valet area, according to Dolla’s publicist, Sue Vannasing. A friend who was with the rappers at the Beverly Center as well as a Los Angeles Police Department source also confirmed his identity to The Times.

Two suspects fled from the scene, police said. About two hours later, Los Angeles police detained a “person of interest” as he attempted to board a plane out of Los Angeles International Airport. The man allegedly drove his silver Mercedes SUV from the mall to the airport, police said.

Burton, 21, arrived at LAX from Atlanta earlier in the day and went to the Beverly Center to do some shopping, Vannasing said.

He had apparently had a dispute with some people, perhaps at the airport, Vannasing said.

“They followed him to the mall because they knew he was coming,” Vannasing said. Los Angeles police officials could not immediately confirm or deny that account.

Burton was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he died, police said.

HEPPNER, Ore. – On a spring day in 1953, two baby girls were born at Pioneer Memorial Hospital in eastern Oregon. They grew up happily, got married, had kids of their own and became grandparents. Then last summer their lives were turned upside down. Kay Rene Reed Qualls found out that she and DeeAnn Angell Shafer were switched at birth. They recently met for the first time and underwent DNA tests after a woman who knew both their mothers called Qualls' brother with her suspicion. Qualls' brother, Bobby Reed, said the 86-year-old woman knew his mother and had also lived next door to the Angell family. "She said she had something she had to get off her chest," he told the East Oregonian newspaper in a story published Monday. The woman, whom he declined to identify by name, told him that his mother, Marjorie Angell, had insisted back in 1953 she had been given the wrong baby after the nurses returned from bathing the two newborns, but her concerns were brushed off. The woman showed Bobby Reed a photo. "It looked like Kay Rene in about 7th or 8th grade," he said. But it wasn't. It was DeeAnn Shafer's sister. "Kay Rene is not a Reed," the woman insisted. "DeeAnn is a Reed." Bobby Reed was stunned, learning later that rumors of a mix-up had been around for years. In early February, Shafer learned the truth in a telephone call from her sister, Juanita. "Do you remember those rumors of being switched at birth?" she asked, and went on to provide the update. "Does this mean I'm not invited to the family reunion?" Shafer joked. Qualls, Bobby Reed and one of their sisters met Shafer at a Kennewick, Wash., clinic last month for DNA testing. A week later, Qualls got the results, learning her likely probability of being related to her brother and sister was zero. "I cried," she said. "I wanted to be a Reed — my life wasn't my life." Shafer's DNA report said she had 99.9 percent of being related to Bobby and Dorothy Reed. Now living in Richland, Wash., Shafer said the report only confirmed what she knew after meeting Qualls. "After seeing Kay Rene, I went home and told my husband, I don't know why she's doing the DNA testing," she said. "I was shocked — she looked just like my sister's twin." Pioneer Memorial Hospital offered to pay for counseling, but both women declined. The two have become friends and celebrated their May 3 birthday together. Recently, Qualls introduced Shafer to her work colleagues, calling her "my swister." "I'm trying to move forward at look at the positive," Shafer said. "You can't look back. I'm pretty sure sites such as facebook and myspace along with others (Youtube) can be found with overexposed frames of young women throwing their asses and panties to the camera. I don't disagree with the ideal of texting crime to police, but i disagree with police targeting students and treat them with money to become informers.
